The cardboard display is directly in front of the entrance. This zoning blocks the front service desk from being seen by anyone entering the building. Then after entering the building the customer has to walk around all of this just to get to the front desk. If I were the manager I would choose to change this zoning style. But the people working the front desk always acknowledge anyone entering. Other than that it's a great rental store and I've always had good experiences.

Fast and very efficient service at the drop-off end. We could see staff cleaning equipment thoroughly. Unlike the pickup end this location was exclusively a Uhaul rental center and not a gas station or other type of business.

Man who helped me was not polite at all, didn't seem like he wanted to be there, complained he was tired, no customer service skills at all, did not greet me when I came in, sounded like he was talking from a script when I asked a question. Only time he smiled was when he hit on me

I called yesterday and talked to several people about the poor service our company received. I explained that if we got charged for the damages on this rental then we would never use your company again. I tried to let someone know so they could resolve it. We were not a big enough clients i guess, all we could do is leave messages and never got a returned phone call. Just our location alone spent just under $6000 with the u-haul locations this year, that does not include the other 1672 locations. Now we will be looking for a different partner in our truck rental business.

Make sure that your customer service representatives actually call and confirm the pick up location like they say they will. It would also be great if when a customer calls that they give out correct information. I was sent to the wrong location to pickup.

I reserved a truck to be at the store on Woodville rd, got there and was told that my truck was at Alexis store. No call no apologies just xtra miles & xtra money for me to pay!! Bunch of bs!!

The pick-up experience with getting our UHAUL was not the best experience. There was an incredibly long line and had to wait 15-20 minutes just to check in at our reserved time. The staff was complaining they were short staffed and it was a crazy day which didn't really help customers. We were happy to see we had esentially a brand new trailer but incredibly disappointed that at no time were we told the trailer we reserved was not available and we would be getting a different trailer until we started putting the trailer on the hitch. We reserved a 5'x8' trailer but received a 6'x12' trailer. I think the staff thought it would be ok and was a "free" upgrade but we didn't view it that way. Pulling a larger trailer did not fit our needs, is harder on the vehicle, and more difficult to handle for what we needed. Better communication could have been done up front when we were called about the pick-up location and when we checked in at the pick-up location. We were very happy to have a trailer that still smelled new and was spotless inside!

It was very busy! Supposed to have my unit at 9:00 it was 9:50 before I could get waited on and out the door, they were very apologetic just really busy! So wait time was the only real factor!

The tranny was slipping in the truck, the battery died on it and we had to jump it. Overall the truck was a piece of junk..however it got the job done. Customer service at the lexis store was EXCELLENT!!!for pickup and drop off.

1. online registration made a week in advance for pick-up in Bowling Green, Ohio - NOT Toledo. Extremely inconvenient to drive 30 miles past our starting point to pick up truck. Was unaware that U-Haul changed our pick-up location. This screw up put us about 3 hours behind schedule - trying to make changes (which we could not do), and more than an hour of drive time to pick up truck and go back to starting location. not to mention standing in line over 20 minutes just to get to the desk to get the truck. 2. Given wrong truck - didnt have furniture pads or dolly (which we paid for). 3. signed the paperwork that said we had to return truck full - but when got into truck, it had a quarter tank of gas in it. 4. returned truck to the location we originally selected - which was also on the paperwork (with directions to location) from U-haul. When dropped truck off, were told we were at wrong location and they wanted to charge us a 'wrong location' fee.

Truck was in poor condition. Truck was leaking coolant. Had to stop 3 times to add coolant. There was a visible hole in the reservoir for coolant, so when coolant was added much of it just poured out onto the pavement. Trembling in steering wheel indicated front end problem. Truck was difficult to control at highway speeds(60). Clunking in rear end indicated possible drive shaft problems. The poor condition of the truck made the moved take much longer and harder on the individuals moving the furniture. In my opinion the truck should not have even been on the road much less rented out. Manager was less than sympathetic when told of these difficulties.

Rented a car hauler. Was supposed to be returned by 830am. I arrived at the location at about 8 and waited until almost 845 before I was finally waited on because there was only one employee doing anything. When he apologized I explained that I would have dropped it of the night before but I did not want to pay the fee to which he replied "we open at 7am". I then explained that I did not get in until almost 1am to which he replied "sorry there is not much I can do".
