The truck was the worst it shook so bad. It was fallen apart. Dash board shook when you hit bumps. The factory radio was ripped out metal plate with calk was in its place. They stuck an old two knob radio from the 80s the seats we're all stained looked like some one changed the oil and got it al over there cloths and got in truck smelled like smoke. Told the guy at front counter he did not care or give me a discount. Will never use u haul again.

Give consumers correct information that is needed to rent your trucks. Not assuming the consumers know all the pertinent information about renting your u haul trucks.

The employees at this location did not explain things well, I was not impressed with their demeanor. They did their jobs with no energy and honesty looked disinterested in their employment and furthermore were not friendly or smiling at all.

The wrong scheduling was entered for pickup and the wrong hitch size was given -- we had to go home to pick up another - just an inconvenience to us. I have used this location before with no issues. All stores have moments like this so we would use again

I was a little miffed at the song and dance required of me just to rent a trailer: two phone numbers, Email address, card number, driver's license, make, model and year of my car, vehicle license number.... I remarked, perfectly good-naturedly, 'come on, fellas, I live around the corner, and I've been renting here for twenty-five years.' The manager, affronted, told me to go easy on his employees and that they were doing the job properly.
There are rental shops a mile further down the road who will rent me a trailer with a smile for a deposit and a peek at my driver's license. I don't need to be treated like a convict on probation to get one.

I ordered a truck over the phone but once i seen it, it was more then what i needed i asked the guy could i get a smaller truck an he told me no because the sale was complete. I dont think it was fare

I'm irritated at the fact that I was asked how many miles I would use my truck for and gave the total of 300. I paid nearly 100$. Returned truck the next day only to be charged another 66$ because the original clerk only charged me for 100 miles.

Friendly, prompt service at time of rental pickup. Speedy, easy check-in at time of return. Equipment was in good working order and clean. This is usually the U-Haul location that I choose. Keep up the good work and great service.

This vehicle had engine problems...within 20 miles check engine light came on. Had trouble getting it to go over 45mph unless you kept gas pedal on the floor and pumped it to nurse it up to 50 or so then would slow down again and do it all over again..gas mileage was about 4 or 5 mpg..
