When I picked up the truck, it was at a "light" quarter tank of fuel. I returned it the same way and was charged a thirty dollar fee for the gallon of gas they put in. This is a scam and I will be rating the Arcade drop off point low and telling every person I encounter what a scam this was. Very nasty little trick to play.

When I reserved the van they told me that we had six hours, however, when we picked it up they told us we would have to have it back by 1 pm which meant we only had 2.5 hrs. Had we known that we would not have rented that day. We were still charged full price. Not satisfied.

I genuinely thought I was in the worst predicament because all moving trucks for uhaul were reserved. Junior provided and exhibited great customer service, patience, and efficient follow through. Thanks Jr!

Give the customer a heads up that they are renting damaged equipment. We rented a 15' truck which had a broken mirror, the oil light was on (though he did tell us about it - said the oil had been changed but the light wasn't reset) and when we pulled the ramp out, it came all the way out landing on my daughter's foot while her hand got twisted in the handle. We also rented two utility dolly's that we ended up barely using but one of them came to us with one of the bars in the back loose, having to return to the location was a bit annoying but they assured us we wouldn't be charged for the damage as it wasn't our fault, and to my knowledge we haven't been charged but it would have been nice to have been warned.

Very good service overall, just a suggestion to have more than one employee working at a time. I felt so bad for the guy when we came to pick up our reservation. He was by himself working and swamped with customers. He was still very professional under pressure.

The gentlemen that we dealt withwhen we picked up the truck was great.... When i called the day after we returned it I spoke with someone about a concern i had about the fuel gauge not working properly causing me to have to spend @ $30 more in gas then I should have had to.... He told me he had to speak to the manager and he would call me back.... I never received a call back....

The customer service person, I can't remember her name, was great. She explained everything and answered all my questions. The first truck she was going to rent me had some spilled oil in the cargo are. After she saw that she brought me back inside and she said she'd give me a different vehicle to rent, she did this without me asking her to. It was a great experience. I'll continue using this location.

It was a nice feature that U-Haul's computer system automatically adjusts to provide the customer with the LOWEST price plan option based on the expected number of miles that will be traveled. This saved me about $90 and gave me confidence that U-Haul isn't just out to make a buck, but actually cares about me returning again, or recommending friends. The cargo van was spotless and the check-in/return process was very smooth. Keep it up!

When I picked up my uhaul at 9:22 am everything was perfect expect he told me that I had to have it back by 3pm as it was going right back out. I didn't see any issues with that at the time however by noon I knew there was no way I was going to have it back by 3 so I called the customer service number to inform them of this. The guy I spoke to was great about he said it wasn't an issue and I wouldn't be changed so long as I had it back by 9:22 am the next day however he was unable to extend it and had to have the location call me to extend it. When the location called me back I spoke with I believe junior was his name. He was a complete jerk telling me I had to have the truck back no later than 3:30pm because it's going right back out again to someone else and that if I didn't he was going to charge me an extra $30 for being late even thought the guy in customer service told me I can have it for 24 hours and not get any extra charges. Now I know I don't move every often but since when where you only allowed to have a uhaul track for less than 6 hours? The man at the location was very rude and very unprofessional and I will never use uhaul again. Thankfully I haven't noticed and extra $30 charge on my bill or my credit card like he stated there would be.

We accidentally locked keys in car and after driving back to location in another vehicle, we found out there was no back up key for vehicle. Told to call or go on website to get roadside assistance. Contract locked in car so I had no number to refer to online and we hit a loop calling your 800 number. After entering a number it would go back to main menu. We found it very frustrating. We ended up calling AAA to get the keys....I don't understand how you can't have a back up key to a vehicle. This must happen to others. I don't understand why you wouldn't pay the money to always have a back up key at the pickup site. We were told it was a problem because it was a new Ford van and they used a lasarcut key.
