This location is understaffed.. Every time we come here there is a long wait to sign for the equipment. The inside staff is constantly running back and forth from the desk to the lot. They do their best but it is rather frustrating for both staff and customers.

It was a saturday morning pick up, we were there right at 9am, and the line was super long - only one poor girl working!!! We were totally fine with waiting but some other customers were a bit rude, which would be NO fun for the girl working the counter and its uncomfortable for the customers who are just waiting patiently. Of course sometimes people call in sick etc. but if the normal policy of this location is one person working the desk they should seriously consider adding more staff - it definitely seemed busy enough!
the girl working was really nice and the service with her was quick and easy!

Sitting there for over two hours waiting for the location to open this morning was maddening. If one excellent employee had not just happened to stop in on her day off on an unrelated matter all the people before and after me would still be waiting ten hours later. If I were not a weekly customer and know this is not the usual great service I'ld have a really negative review.

I first tried to set up an pickup via your 1-800 number. Person there was not too helpful in terms of helping me save money. I found out later that pickup/drop off from same location was MUCH cheaper and cancelled my original reservation. As well person was not very knowledgeable about capacity of hitch, etc. At the end of the day the online setup was fast, easy and quick. There was also one problem where I requested 7am pickup but it got changed to 10. I called to check and they said sometimes it gets changed to a "generic" time. Not good if I didn't call to confirm. People at the location were friendly and helpful and no issues there at all. Though I knew trailer operations I would have thought some quick pointers outside of the written documentation would be good. Some people might load trailer incorrectly and go on the highway which could be disastrous.

We are very happy with the service and equipment at this location. We use it whenever we need any rental equipment. We have recommended this location to many of our friends. The service was very fast and courteous. It would be veru usefull if more than one piece of equipment can be placed on the same order instead of creating separate orders for each.

VERY UNSATISIFIED-location had been changed without notification-have voice messages to prove it.
Had to then travel to Kingston rd and WAIT and received
a call from that location to see if we were showing up!
(I'm guessing they were going to charge us)but never mentioned that when were there for pick up, received the message when we got back home. OVERALL would not recommend UHAUL and will not use again, it was very fustrating and a lot of mis-communication that we didn't need on saturday morning.Had we known the location, we would have picked up first thing in the morning instead of 10ish,
Actually I phoned the 1-800 number while we were in transit and the manager Walgreed (something like that) was of not help what so ever, said those were the rates and that was the location for drop off and nothing he could do....WOW... I guess that manager does't have have clout at all if he couldn't even consider compensating us to anything...

I've rented trailers here 4 times in the last ~6 months. 2 of the 4 times, significant time had to be spent repairing the cables to get the lights working. these repairs need to be made BEFORE the customer arrives.

I was called by the sales rep at the locstion to inform me that i could not pick up the trailer at 7:15pm Friday but could pick up Friday afternoon at noon. When i went on friday at noon thry said the trailer was not there yet and would have to come back later before 7:00pm. I told them that I finish my work at 7:00pm and could not get thrre until 7:15pm so I waisted my time to come Friday and had to pick up Saturday instead. I needed to leave toronto Friday night but was forced to leave Saturday morning instead. The product i needed to pick up Saturday morning was 60% gone so I returned the trailer back early on sunday afternoon which eas a total waste of my time and money.

Maintaining up to date information on locations on website. Your markham and finch location was moved while its availability was still on the website. It changed locations drastically and increased my charges. however, the customer care to compensate the difference was well handled and appreciated.

When we arrive for pick of the truck there was a long line up only one person was working and doing the paper work but the service was great overal excellent service we will do it again
