Extremely equipment crowded location with no parking. We had to walk a couple of blocks to pick up our truck. The truck had something like ajax throughout the storage area and we had to sweep out before we could use. Our uility dolly was left out of the truck. Online it said we needed 60 blankets and we used only 42. They uhaul centers did not want to take back the remaining blankets saying that we had to take them to Texas and we were completely full with no where to store them. I went back to the uhaul center where we rented the truck and they wrote in no charge for extra day and no utility dolly was included since they had left it out but we were still charged for both.

You should always review the latch on the back that opens up the truck. I did not realize you have to push it all the way and click it, and it got stuck a bit up in the roof and almost lost a finger trying to pull it down. There should be a warning ON THE TRUCK about that. Very dangerous. Also, there should be a warning about the $30 fee for not putting any gas in the tank. I just assumed we would pay a gallon fee. Thank you! Overall, we are very happy coming here!

An hour prior to agreed upon time of pick up of rental vehicle I was contacted and told that the truck would not be at the facility until 9:00 AM, I arrived at 8:45 AM and was told the truck would be there at 9:30, which it was.
While in the process of driving through the desert (112 degrees)found that air conditioning in truck did not operate properly air would only blow from defrost opening and not dash so as to not cool properly, making for a very uncomfortable drive. I suggest that these trucks be checked thoroughly prior to renting.

The mirrors on the truck can only be adjusted in a few positions. None of which allowed me to see out of the passenger side window. I think that is a function of the truck (not a broken window) but the way the passenger side mirrors are built is dangerous.

The loader was much wider than we expected. Should we have known we would have taken an alternate route out of town and left earlier in the day. We were within inches of colliding with cars parked on the street several times. It was a white knuckle ride on hwy 405 in LA for 30 miles. The site itself was small - lots of congestion with other surrounding traffice

There was a line to pick up in the morning at 9am but another employee came in to help with the check-in process and the line moved quickly! The online pre check-in is a great idea and helped expedite picking up the truck!

Their employ at this location are not polite and nice.In side the truck was full of something like dog hair.The windshield was really dirty. When I asked to do the walk around they refused.overall poor customer service and higher prices compare to the other u hal location .
