Nobody to greet you. Sign said to wait to check the equipment in. Nobody showed up. Walked in and 2 men were on their personal phones. Another couple waiting as well. Nothing to do with this location but I spent an extra $40 on an extra day and was still charged mileage. My fault for not asking if I got another 89 miles free. Have rented from other locations and I have received the extra miles. Overall all, not impressed will take my business to Penseke.

My experience with booking a trailer and a hitch installation seemed good until I got to the u haul store to have my hitch installed. The person who set up the appointment did not make sure the store had all the proper electrical equipment for the hitch. They put on the hitch well, the manager Mike then said he would have to order the electrical and that it would take until Thursday or Friday to get there. When I explained that I was leaving on Wednesday, he became ornery with me, but said he could see if he could get it three day aired there. He called and said he could but then that no one could hook it up until Wednesday afternoon. I told him that I had hotel reservations in Albuquerque Wednesday night. I also explained that I had movers coming on Monday and Tuesday. I also said that I had made the appointment two weeks earlier so that I could get everything done before the movers came. He became more angry with me and began using a patronizing tone with me. He said he would make a call and see if he could get anything done about it. He left for a while when he came back he told me that the shop on the other side of town had the part and could put it on at 10:00 am Monday. I was discouraged because I had no one to go to that appointment as the packers were going to be at my house all day Monday, I made the appointment, however and was able to get the work done. I then asked Mike to check if my reservation for my trailer was in the system, he looked and said it was, and if he had one I would get it. I asked him what he meant by that. He said that if the person who was supposed to deliver the trailer delivered it I would get it, if not then he wouldn't have one. I then asked him about the fact that I had reserved a trailer and he said that he relied on people returning their trailers to the right places in order to have one for a reservation. I then asked why they had reservations and he told me that was the nature of the business. We were at the u haul business for three hours. dealing with this. All of the other employees were kind and gracious with me. The manager Mike did get the electrical equipment for me finally. He however treated me with contempt and used a patronizing tone with me. His treatment of me was unacceptable and made a stressful situation much worse than it had to be.

UHaul's equipment and staff has been great. However, their website seems to be designed by people who think computers are a passing fad. The "Sign In" and "Early Checkout" (don't remember the exact name) features allowed me to fill in information, but never actually worked. The "Moving Helper" section had pricing errors (the Movers told us immediately of the errors, and said the UHaul website would not let them correct it). And searching for specific-sized boxes and other supplies is needlessly painful. Time to revamp your webpage, guys!

The rep. Asked if I could return the truck by 7A.M. the next day even though I picked it up at 2 PM the prior. I told him it depended on the store I was picking up tile at. it turns out I could not return it till 1 p.m. the next day. they charged me the 19.99 and an additional 39.99 ...2 days even though I had it for less than 24 houts. additionally they charged me 90 cents a mile and for 80 milrs...there is no way I could have driven 80 miles in the city. 19.99 turned into $125.00. Uh all is a rip.

I liked that I was able to return my truck and auto transporter without having to wait for inspection, etc. They were very busy with outgoing rental customers, and I thought I might have to wait.

Hey charged my card $80 for a hold and didn't refund it the same day.. Did a uhaul rental days prior at another location wih out a hold of funds just charged the amount with the guessed mileage and then the extra mile was charged when returned.. When I called the person out on charging me he stated he would fix it and yet it never got fixed I shouldn't even have to pay for this service. I will never use this location ever Again and inform others to avoid them

Need to have bell replaced for returns. Waited 10 minutes before going inside for someone to come out. They said bell has been broken for quite awhile and they have been unable to get it fixed????
