Very understaffed, waited and waited, and waited some more. made a simple task of moving a couch into an evening-long epic event. Also, of course "19.95!" ends up solidly 50.00 for even a modest job. Doesn't feel good to leave your business feeling nickel and dimed (again.) I'm sure you've heard all this before. See you next time.

The first attendant came up with a rule we did not have knowledge of. He would not release the van to our driver because it was not his signature on the credit card. He left, and a more mature attendant checked our record, etc. and released the van to our driver. It was rather serious for awhile. MM

Each attendant gave us a different story. We could've saved money by being sent to only one location. Storage was a nightmare. Always a reason to attach another charge. Attendant needed help. They were very kind. We did a lot of waiting.

The vehicle ran very rough, the gauges kept changing back and forth while driving, felt like the transmission was slipping or it wasn't going to change gears, very rough ride. The employee that was there when I checked truck back in did apologize. I feel that something more should be done as customer service and to keep me as their customer and not change to another location.

The processing was somewhat slow, but only because of delays in dealing with Traffic and other centralized departments. I appreciated being able to easily change from a one-way to a return rental. The personnel were helpful and friendly.

I should have looked at mileage and fuel closer before I left the lot... the mileage written was 9 less than the odometer showed, and the fuel was exaggerated as well. both designed to charge me more $, obviously. only actually drove it maybe 6 miles, but charged for more.

The employee on Sunday had 2" ear jewelry with his lobe stretched over the entire ring. It was NAUSEATING!!!!! I will never go to this location again because I might have to look at this freak of human nature again. Also, his pants were below his rear. UGH!

I paid for a full day's rental and then while I had the van I received a call from the dealer that I was expected to bring the van back the same day because he had another renter who was scheduled to use the van the same day, thus allowing UHaul to collect two rentals for the same 24 hour period. He told me that "the computer" had it that way because of the estimated time I told him I would return.

The U-Haul customer service was friendly and helpful. "However", I hired via the U-Haul website two men from Munta Movers to assist me with the move. They never showed, nor called, until I cancelled the contract hours after they were supposed to have arrived. The customer service for the moving segment of the U-Haul web was less than adequate. I held for 7 mins before getting a live person to answer the call and then another 20 while they attempted to reach the movers. I finally cancelled the work-order.

There was a mixup between the Customer Service call center and the Uhaul location. They had my time and pickup locations wrong. The manager at the 33rd/Yale location was able to get everything switched and had me on my way in no time. Great cust service at the location, Call Center needs some work. Thanks Uhaul.

I was in line behind a woman who was having issues with her credit card, what car she was towing, etc.. until another employee walked in to help me almost 10 mins. after. Another customer was waiting behind me. Train more employees to help customers. Just a small hiccup but I'll come back.
