truck engine cover kept blowing off while driving garbage was left in the trailer and dolly was in truck even though I did not ask for it

was not happy with the way u-Haul does their reservations,I chose Morgantown,WV to pick up the trailer and at 6:45 the night before I was told that I had to go to Uniontown PA to pick it up.It was out of the way and not convienent. I don't plan on using U-Haul again.

They were(I have rented many times over the past 2 years) the worst people I dealt with. Some guy named John try to work me for every penny he could get out of me including going off about how muddy the floor mats were. It had not rained for close to 2 weeks and what was on the floor mats was nothing more than the dust off the road transferred by my feet. He even charged me $40 more than I was originally led to believe by the customer representative I spoke with on the phone. I would not even ship a package out of this Fed -Ex location.

Our only problem was 'no truck available' at the location we had booked for... Morgantown, WV. We learned this mid-afternoon, the day before we were supposed to get the truck. We scrambled our schedule to get to the only place that had anything we could rent (Uniontown, Pa). U-Haul added the extra miles to our contract. We paid for the extra gas.

I don't rent trucks often but jolenes really made it easy and the trucks were very clean and smelled great. I was very pleased with the service and will recommend this location to anyone. Thanks.

The manager scott was very helpful from start to finish. He insured he would make my move as stress free as possible and he came through 100%. The truck was perfect size and his knowledge on moving from his backround is the business was very helpful. Just an all around good move. Thanks Jolenes PPS

I personally feel like you should go over the contract with each customer, not just tell them, "sign here and here" ... I made my reservation over the phone, and the rep failed to tell me the correct total after I had specifically mentioned I needed more miles then the contract stated. The rep gave me a total without acknowledging my request, so I assumed that what I wanted was included, but it was not and I was never informed.

The girl behind the desk kept falling asleep. She never gave me a contract. When I went to return my trailer they weren't able to find it because it had never been entered into the system and she apparently just kept the cash. Not a happy camper in the slightest

Ramps for all size moving vans. It is not easy to load smaller vans with large appliances or furniture without a ramp. I only need to move one object but it would have been less cost effective and just plain stupid to get a larger one.

The location of the store was convenient. But I had to ask the attendant where to park the trailer and had to ask for his assistance disconnecting the trailer. I am a 66 year old customer who should not have needed to ask for help. The assistant needs to put a smile on his face when dealing with a customer.

The gentlemen working there was very helpful in helping me decide what size truck I would need for the amount of stuff I was moving. It's not the location it is uhaul in general ! I don't understand your policies! What is the benefit of calling a local company when you have to drive out of your way to pick up your truck and pay the extra mileage! Then when we went to pick up the truck it was over booked and my husband had to beg to get it!
Not a good experience at all!
