The customer service was good and the trailer was just what we needed. I was very disappointed, however, with all the hidden fees. I was expecting a bill of under $200 and got one closer to $300. Beware that when you add furniture pads or ANYTHING extra that they charge you PER DAY and not a flat fee. This is not clear on the website or in the rental estimate so it left me feeling deceived and disappointed.

Staff came out after closing of business and assisted without issue. They were very friendly and helpful. Once it was discovered that the furniture pads were rentals, they were very understanding and helpful in allowing me to retrieve them the following day without charge. Thank you
