The folks that I dealt with were very nice and helpful. The gentleman helped unfreeze the rachet mechanism so I could release the strap and drive the car off.He also went out of his way to take back a light set that I was told I "had" to buy when I took my truck into Salem to get the hitch/stinger/ball inspected. I was very satisfied with his help. He deserves an "Atta Boy"!

Honestly.. I dont know if i could recommend anything. They were all so extremely friendly and helpful. I have to say that there employee Ruvin went out of his way to make my life easier. They made my move a breeze.

The transmission jerked, but they knew about this. The gas gauge, less than accurate, was compensated at the desk upon return. The couple at the site were very nice and accommodating.
