Since the customer has to return the truck full of gas, it will be a nice tip if the employee remind the customer about which side is the gas tank (driver side vs opposite side), this will save confusion at the gas station. Thanks

you should have directed contact with stores. I was lie to by the phone service but thankful my store manager help to make thing right but I was there for 1 1/2 hours for him to do so !! (and in my job that cost me more then the truck did )

the location was impossibly small. It was very difficult to find a place to park and pick up the equipment. The staff was super friendly and easy to work with.

The service I received at the store was good; the guy behind the counter was friendly and quick and I was in-and-out with my truck in about five minutes. Upon arriving at my loading location, when opening up the back of the truck I realized that there was a dolly as well as furniture pads that were not part of my order. They were sealed with a sign stating that you would not be charged if you did not use them - I did not, as I had my own furniture pads and dolly. However, having those items in the back (again, not on my order) took away some valuable space; fortunately, I did not need the space they took up, but another customer might. After receiving my bill the next day (I had a night drop-off for the truck) I found I had been wrongly charged the cost of the dolly and the pads (while they were NOT used in the move). I called the store but was transferred to a service center. I put in my complaint that evening about the bill being wrong, at which time, the customer service person put a note in the system and told me the store would call me the next day - I did not receive a call that day, and called near the closing hour. At that time, after again explaining the situation, I received a contract # and was told I would receive a follow-up call within 72 hours; again, I did not receive the call - however, on the third day after the call, I did notice a $10 refund had been posted to my account (the amount equal to the cost of the dolly and the furniture pads). I am happy I received my refund, and everyone I talked to was genuinely friendly, however the process was a bit annoying. In the end, I would simply recommend Uhaul not provide customers equipment they did not request - it simply creates an unnecessary headache for both parties. That said, I am happy Uhaul did what I consider, "the right thing" (by providing me the refund for equipment I did not use), and I will continue to utilize your services in the future.

Equipment was clean I would say it drove ruff I reserved my reservations and they gave the reservation to someone else it took a few phone calls to correct a problem off there end finally after a hour or so problem fix and I received my uhaul as I reserved other than that I was happy also the desk worker was too lazy to do a walk around the truck with me and handed me a clip board and told me to walk out look at the truck myself but not in a attitude way but like it didn't matter way so I did and did the check out the vehicle my self!!!

I had called Monday before the Fri pick up date and changed it to a Thursday morning pick up, and then when i got there, no one had changed it. I couldn't get a truck until Thur at 430pm, delaying my entire move. Then when i came back the next morning to get the car hauler i had already paid for, i changed it to a trailer and the guy working was great about the whole thing. I'm just very upset about having to delay my move an entire day, and losing the help i had lined up to move me.

Be sure to let customers know if vehicle needs to be returned by a certain time at initial reservation. My situation worked out ok, but I felt rushed to get the truck back for someone else to use by 3pm. What if we hadn't been done? The staff was still friendly and accomodating.

The trailer doors were rusted to the point they no longer kept the doors closed. The staff at the location didn't mention this to us and we were flagged down on the highway to tell us the doors were wide open. My husband was on the side of the freeway with traffic flying by us trying to secure the doors. We had to purchase zip ties to try to keep the doors secure and three more times the zip ties couldn't hold the weight of the doors and we were in line of high speed traffic trying to secure the doors. This was my first experience and unfortunately it left a very bad impression

The call center completely screwed up my reservation, and I had to go 12 miles out of my way to this location. Thankfully, Mike was very accommodating and made it right. Incidentally, the Origianl pick up place in Troy called this location to secure me a truck to use, after he realized they had the time wrong. What a waste of my time and the 5 people I had lined up to help me move. What could have been a quick 5-6 hour day turned into an epic day from 9:30 -5:30. It was a complete inconvenience for me and my friends. Call center = complete thumbs down.

Crystal was great but the whole experience was horrible. It started at the Troy location and the employee Rob and the manager Rachel. I will be calling JR Candrell Monday to elaborate on the situation. The only nice thing about the entire experience was Crystal. She was kind and professional, even while dealing with the Troy location's mess.

The location and personnel were prompt and friendly . Now for the ancient truck that smelled of gas would barely start ( cloud of blue white smoke when it finally did ) did not stay in gear when it was bumpy and did not know which gear it wanted to be in , was truly waiting for it to blow up the motor before shifting out of first gear. I rented trucks ten years ago from uhaul that were better than the heap I just finished with.
