Have the person responsible for getting registration tags for the motorcycle trailer do their job. Had to rent the wrong trailer with no wheel chock and no ramp.

Personnel were very helpful in making sure the truck was ready when I picked it up, Also they were particularly helpful as I was hurrying to pppack everything and the 2-roll tape & dispenser I bought was defective and had no tape cutter on it-- was just left off of it's construction. They immediately replaced it without question, so I could get back to packing.

customer service could be alot better. service reps should not compromise the integrity of the company. should not try to get another associate fired for giving grace inorder to keep the customer coming back. i feel that the associate should be taked to for giving out too much info about disputes within the company. neither associate should be fired, one commended and the other talked to. what happens at U Haul stays at U Haul:-) .may your company hold to integrity and not lose valued customers/business. unsatisfied customer.

Five gallons of gas for 9.9 miles!!! Really? Someone forgot to put the tag on the dolly, so we were charged for that too. Most of the time everything goes smooth, this time not so much.

Both gentleman that worked with me loading and unloading the trailer as well as servicing me in the office paperwork wise were excellent. I would definitely recommend this location to anyone who asks.

I have no comments, as far as improvements at this location. The truck was well maintained, clean, and got higher fuel economy than it was EPA rated for. The steering alignment was great, and it had a very comfortable ride. The rental was well worth the money, because I was in a jam, and had to drive to Cincinnati for repair parts, for my car. The manager was friendly and helpful, and did a great job explaining the terms and conditions of my rental, before I left the store.

Nothing! The agent who checked us out in the morning gave us recommendations that saved us money and the agent, Jessica, who checked us in that evening advised us to save our info to file next year's taxes. Both of the agents were great customer service representatives. I would definitely recommend this location and Uhaul overall.

I can't get over the difference between the the 2 U-Haul sites AGAIN! The Warren site is extremely professional and they try to make the customer happy. The Delta drop off site expects you to park their trucks and trailers and unhook everything after the paper work is already turned in.Is it my place to park and unhook their equipment once the return is complete? If they want me to unhook and park their equipment,I think they could tell me before making me stand around for 20 minutes! Warren hooks you up,checks everything and assists you in drop offs. Could it be that Rob and his staff are just head over heels above the Delta site that I am spoiled? I stood at Delta for over 20 minutes before anyone even acknowledged me. This was my second drop off,the easiest part of the rental,at Delta. It will probably be my last! I will drive to Toledo before I go back to Delta! THIS IS WRONG AND UNPROFESSIONAL!!
The first drop off was a big (26') truck.After return was complete,they wanted me to back truck across parking lot thru parked cars and I told them no. I had to carry the furniture pads inside so the could count them! This would of NEVER happened at Warren.
The Warren site is one of the best managed business I've ever used. Big Guy assisted in hooking,making sure all the lights worked and explaining as he did his job! He even helped me track
a blown fuse. U-Haul should be very proud of the professionalism of their Warren site! They should also be proud to have employees like Rob and his staff! Delta could learn a little from them!

I cannot slam the U-Hauk center, I took the equipment immediately after it returned, and the trailer was dirty, also the running lights didn't work. BUT...I will not give low marks to a team that was courteous, freindly, helpful, and accomodated me. I am sure they will make the trailer right for the next customer.

I would NEVER recommend Uhaul to my worst enemy they gave me a drop off site that wasnt there so I had to take the truck all the way back to Ohio & then they took a extra $50 off my card & it was there mess up NEVER again Uhaul suck I recommend Budget any where other then Uhaul poor service & communication
