I wish that the staff had gone far slower when I was choosing to use a trailer on my rather small car. They would have saved me, and themselves, a lot of time. Although my car can tow (up to 1500 pounds) just adding a hitch (which I paid for) and filling a 5X8 with my stuff was not enough. The car would not tow a 2/3rd full trailer. I'm grateful to the men at this location for graciously undoing the hitch and trailer and reimbursing me most of my costs, but the time lost on both sides was large. If they had information to indicate that my car was not powerful enough to tow a 5X8 with a tall hitch on it (if that is what it is called) lots of time would have been saved-- and headache.

Honestly, I cannot think of one thing ! From the first greeting, to the last thank you when I returned the equipment....I was delighted with (1) the human touch, (2) the preparation for my first try at pulling a large trailer with my F150, (3) ease of use of trailer, and (4) again the 'human touch' (and smiles) when I returned he equipment. Simply.....THANKS !!!

Not sure if there is a way to improve other than upgrading the building and parking area. It's clearly 40 years old, but other than than it works well. The location is clean and the parking area is well marked with parking spaces and driving lanes. A larger location would be an improvement, but that can be said about most businesses. Overall my experience was excellent. The staff was helpful, competent, friendly and very good. The vehicle was ready to go when I arrived (due to reservation), and it was clean and very nice. As I told the employee it was probably the nicest driving truck I have ever driven. I would definitely use your business again and recommend it to my friends and family. It was a very good experience.

We returned the truck about 20 minutes before closing a day before it was due, but the associate didn't seem too happy to see us walk in so close to closing. However, everything worked out and there were issues with the blankets.

You need to check everything in the truck. We could not plug in our phone charger to either outlet. I also think its ridiculous you charge $.99 per mile when you are going out of town. It cost us $400 to rent this van. We will never rent another one

Yor should put diesel engines in your trucks. It is a sin to waste so much petroleum by putting (inefficient) gasoline engines in trucks. They shd all be diesel.

I ordered a 4X4X8 low profile trailer but had to settle for a 4X5X8 standard trailer because they didn't have a low profile trailer on the lot and there was none at any other rental franchise in the area.
Wanted the lower profile for gas mileage, not pleased.

Inside the truck, there were old french fries.. truck itself was in good shape. When I returned the truck, noone was to be found. I had to search for an employee.. took probably 10 minutes. Didnt have me check for previous damage, like the one in lafayette does... I don't think its well managed.

Trucks right brake and turn signal not working, noticed on way to moving destination, had to return truck, pick up another, needed to add insurance after finding auto insurance did not cover box truck rental. We were told insurance could be added over phone, then about 15 minutes later, recieved call from uhaul saying they could not add insurance, unless we returned truck for an inspection and under a new contract. So spent over 3 hours changing trucks, never moved one item, and paid uhaul about $53 dollars for the experience.
