Return was very smooth. There are no additional activities required inside the office once the unit's condition has been verified. The return activities are minimal which is a big improvement.
FYI - The return office originally selected did not exist so we call the 800 number and returned the trailer to another location close by. This process worked well.

There were three of us waiting about 20 minutes. There was only one worker visible (for a bit) and he must have gotten caught up doing something else. It can be frustrating!

My pickup location was supposed to be in Amherst NY and they sent me over 16 miles away to West Seneca- which cost me almost two hours of my time and gas etc. And the trip with an empty trailer bouncing around for an hour-very bad.

We were very thankful to realize the affordability of renting a 17 ft truck. We got most of our stuff moved in one run. We have a final move of bedrooms and washer/dryers. I am sure to use this facility again.

My only complaint was that they tried to give me a trailer at 1st that had brake light and lic lights out and the one tire was so ripped up it would have been very unsafe to use to drive from Buffalo to Orlando Fla. Then was not happy when I asked for another trailer.

I stood in line for over 40minutes to get the truck. My acct was charged $75 for a $35 rental and it still isn't back in my acct. Good luck if you use this location!

I needed the trailer I rented before the time they open which happened to be on Sunday,I called the night before to see if I could get it the night before but it wasn't back yet which is understandable.but my recommendation is that I arrived at the store approximately 30 minutes before the opening time so I could wait and get the trailer asap ,I saw 2 employees in the store and continued to wait after like 15minuits 3 more customers arrived and we where all waiting at the door,it would of been nice if they would of opened earlier since they saw multiple people waiting,I understand that the opening time is the opening time but iam in the the retail business my self and its our policy to never let paint customers line up in the parking lot.it's just my suggestion

I don't actually know as my son did the pick up & driving. but made no complaint and the truck appeared to be clean. The location is certainly convenient. I was disappoinated to learn from him that they're going to charge his credit card, rather than the one I gave you. It's just an extra step for me to pay him back & I loose my points. Not a large problem. The truck seemed fine and I thank you. When I see him I'll ask if there's anything important you might want to know re: problems but doubt there are.

I spoke to someone at the 1-800 number that was totally rude and very unhelpful with my needs.
However, the gentlemen that I worked with at the facility could not have been more helpful. He saved me some money in the rental set up and was very willing to help.

When i got the van it had a little under 3/4 of a tank of gas I had the van for less than 4 hours and only put 12 miles on it i put 1 gal in before i returned it but because it didn't go right up to the line of 3/4 i had to put another gal of gas in i didn't even use a gal of gas with the 12 miles i put on it. vary vary poor customer services i will not recomand this location to anyone i would of done better at budget rental

Had to return truck because it was an ancient piece of junk. Shamefully maintained and huge waste of time. For the price charged... Wow never again.
