The man who assisted with renting the vehicle was rude and gruff, the vehicle was obviously not checked after the former occupant because there were furniture pads flung all over the back of the truck.

Customer service was excellent. I have come to expect very little in area of customer service and was pleasantly surprised in with a young man named Eddie Burciaga. He was clear spoken, articulate, well mannered and beyond helpful. He even contacted me when he noticed I had left my motorcycle lights on when I parked it in their lot overnight. 10 out of 10 for Eddie. He and another young man working with him even tried to help me out with the bike after they had closed up for the evening!!

The counter person was helpful, courteous, the truck was a little banged up but it served its purpose. People were nice on the return, they acknowledged that there were no local gas station in which the truck would fit to fill it up. So we paid for the gas, no worried.

This Westminster location is big, clean and very well organized. Both, the desk check-out and check-in employees were courteous and very helpful. The truck was generally clean enough. Being a non-smoker cigarette butts in the ashtray left an offensive odor - the only complain. I would still give the rental experience a five star.

I walked in the door the sale person was on his cell phone for five minutes before I was acknowledge. After I told him I wanted to rent a truck. Vehicle was filthy inside and out. I recived truck on a half tank. Once I brought back truck and the guy checking back in was have a conversation with a friend while checking in the truck. It was a total unprofessional experience. I will not go there again.

I was apprehensive going to this U haul place, because I did read some negative reviews on line, but I figured there must be a balance to the truth. There was a bit of a miscommunication regarding what Truck size I wanted verses what was reserved for me. I wanted the 10 footer, and received the 14 footer. Found out later that the 10 footer would have needed to be returned earlier, so it worked out better using the 14 feet, and I was still able to fill it nicely, and it wasnt cumbersome to drive around in. Rig ran great. Great customer service from Eddie. Seek him out, he will take the time to show you things, and this was my first time ever driving a u haul, and I literally did everything myself loading, lifting the ramp and what-not, could not have done it with out Eddie He also made me feel secure that I wouldn't get stuck with any unexpected costs. It is a busy office, and I can see where some mix ups can happen, but my experience was a positive one. And would recommend using them.

Took 30 mins to get a representative to finally come and check me out. When he did, the person who set up my paperwork put the wrong van associated with my name, so when checking out the kid said that I was four days late but he was only going to charge me for two. I rented the van less than three hours ago and was two hours early in returning it. he finally found my name in the system and apologized. you can improve by making sure that your GM onsite, who started my paperwork, get's it right so that when i return the equipment there is no mixup. you can also have somebody there to check me out when I am returning the van so I am not waiting 30 mins

Drop off is a little confusing. The signs say to wait with the vehicle, so I did but no one came. Finally went in and got someone from behind the counter, but I felt like I was bothering him. No problems otherwise, easy truck rental, I'll be back!
