I rented an F150 pick up truck, great new truck no issues and great gas mileage. Truck was very clean. Also, customer service is excellent and they were very helpful. I would recommend them to anyone.

Every time I go to uhaul I notice that the employees are hesitant to get out from behind the desk. If you ask about a certain piece of equipment, they point and tell you to go look at it. It would be such better customer service if they would accompany customers and show them the equipment. I know sometimes it's busy inside, but this happens even when I'm the only customer. It seems like this is the way at every uhaul I've ever been to. Easy to fix.

The clerk is efficient and knowledgeable. She is not very friendly, however. If these two attributes are mutually exclusive, keep her just the way she is in the name of efficiency.

Need more staff - only 1 on duty. I specifically requested a low bed van for a few hours and eventually found the number, it was a cargo van - went back inside to change, long wait then told no low beds available ( there were 15 outside).... Took the cargo can - it was OK. Return was the easiest part - dropped the keys off and they emailed me the invoice!

the transporter was not working properly. I got the refund from it, but I lost one day of work plus I have to pay for driving uhaul truck. I waste 100 dollars to find out your equipment is not properly maintain.

I booked online and received a confirmation and indication of where the trailer could be picked up. However the info was not passed on to the pick up point and I had to call the 1-800 number to confirm and arrange pickup from Weymouth UHaul. Just a little glitch in what was a seam-free experience. Will use again without hesitation

Very bad experience trying to turn in the trailer. I went to the closest location near where unloaded in Boston and was told they couldn't take the trailer. This made no sense to me, it's a U-Haul location and moving equipment around should be the company's concern, not the customer's. I called the 1-800 number to get a drop off location and was sent 10 miles away to 438 Quincy Ave, Quincy, MA. The person working the location said he couldn't take the trailer and that I need to take it to a location down around the corner. I checked my notes and pointed out to him that the U-Haul call center gave me his address and he then got rude and belligerent with me and told me to move my truck and trailer so he could park his U-Haul trucks. I called back to the U-Haul call center and got a different call attendant who gave me this location in Weymouth. But when I asked for a call to the location to confirm that they could take the trailer, no one would answer the phone, so I was left to try my luck. Fortunately, the staff was more polite and they accepted the trailer for drop off. Overall, I had a bad experience with U-Haul.

This was my go to place for renting equipment but after a bad run in with Myriam a cashier. It appears I will have to find a new place. Overall this used to hire good quality employees and I guess all it takes is one to ruin it. Long story short while she could have politely to ask me to move my car she instead decided to yell it am me even before I was able to walk through the door.

The young man that took care of my rental process was very nice and answered all my questions. I was very happy. However, I'm still waiting for a refund for the above estimate on mileage. Overall I had a very good experience. The truck was so comfortable I wanted to keep it!!

I rented trailer RV7873D from location (796064) 666 Bridge st Weymouth, MA 02191, they hooked up the trailer with my SUV. When I got out of my parking lot I noticed that one of the tires was flat then I went back the manager Thomas Hamilton was very rude and he told me to call customer service. What I told him was that I just picked up this trailer from here last 10 mins ago and I asked him if he could replace this trailer with another trailer and he told me he had no time to do this. After about arguing with him for half an hour he finally sent someone else to replace this trailer with a another one which was in equally bad shape. I requested once again if he could give me better condition trailer because I has driving to California and he refused. They gave me trailer RV5332A. With no other chose I drove this trailer only about 30-40 miles and started hearing noises from the brakes when I pulled to the side I noticed that the brake fluid was low. I called the customer service line and I was on hold for 10-15 mins when I decided to hang up and can continued to drive. When I came to return the trailer the trailer number was different then the paper work they had gave me. The trailer they gave me is RV6531D and in the paperwork the trailer number showed up as RV5332A. The drop off location was very helpful in correcting the paperwork.

We reserved for 24 hours. With no advance notification you decided to reduce that to 8 hours. I would not have rented from you under those circus stances and I will not in rent from you in the future. I will also make sure that this level of service is reviewed in every on line site I can find. You actions resulted in a $750 expense to me. I am still considering legal action.
