This location was okay but my experience overall was terrible my reservation was getting bounced from hampton va, to newport news va, to suffolk va, finally i got a truck in williamsburg va. I have never had a problem renting a truck with uhaul until the weekend of june 7. I called customer service and a man named Bill was so rude. Im not sure i will rent from uhaul again this experience was not a pleasant one at all im just glad its over it was very stressful.

Staff was very friendly and helpful, but the U-haul national server was down and we were not able to use our credit card for this transaction. Not the fault of the local service center, but it was very inconvenient.
