Rental Was Scheduled In Advance As A 24 Hour Rental But When The Truck Was Picked Up At 3Pm On Friday I Was Told It Had To Be Returned By 7Am Saturday And I Was Still Charged For A Full 24 Hour Rental Even Though The Unit Was Rented Out From Under me. I Was Not Warned In Advance And I Was Unable To Get Everything Moved. I Am Very Dissatisfied.

Make sure the truck is clean when a customer picks it up.

I received outstanding service from everything from the initial call to reserve the truck, to the pick up, to the drop off. Specifically, Cody who worked there was very courteous and helpful. I had a great experience. Thank you!

Having made a reservation for a 26' truck almost 2 months in advance, the "regional" rep advised me that no truck would be available for the day of my reservation. The staff at the pick-up location drove over 2 hours to pick up a truck in Coudersport to ensure that my needs were met. When I attempted to get information from the "regional" rep (Phillip), he hung up on me. Although I reserved 3 dozen pads, only 1 dozen were available. I will not use UHaul again--and I have relocated approximately every 21 months for the past 22 years.

By far the worst experience with a moving truck company. We have moved a lot over the past 10 years and have always gone with budget. Decided to go with uhaul bc we needed an appliance dolly and a regular Dolly. First off we reserved a 26 foot truck when we got there to pick it up nothing was ready. They told us uhaul doesn't have 26 foot trucks (which why would it be on the website if there were no more anywhere) so they gave us a 20 foot truck with a trailer. Well our house that we moved in Pittsburgh is on a steep hill and we had a extremely hard time with the attached trailer. We ordered 1 appliance dolly and 2 regular dollies and the person at the uhaul in williamsport have us a hard time about wanting two. And we only ended up with 1 appliance dolly and one regular dolly. Then we were told we were not allowed to remove the trailer from the truck. Please tell me how are u suppose to load a moving truck (mind you we were loaded up our whole house) if a Trailer is attached to it. And then since we lost space that we needed bc there were no 26 food box trucks we have to make a second trip four hours back to our old house to get the rest of the stuff which ended up costing us another almost $200 in gas We reserved it from June 20-22 and we returned it June 21st. I have had two calls ( the second one the lady seemed like I was bothering her when they have called me ) well the two calls I have gotten today June 26th from uhaul asking where the trailer is. Well we returned both of them to the pleasant hills pa location and now all of a sudden the trailer is missing. I will never rent a moving truck with uhaul . By far the worst experience we have ever had. And rude people.

Clean inside of windshield. Charge "one way" move rate when that is what customer wants even if they have to return the equipment to the same location because of Uhaul's equipment shortage.

The customer service at the location is excellent. The employees have always been great to deal with. The only problem I had was that the van we were given smelled badly. It made the journey very uncomfortable. I do not blame the Williamsport U-Haul for this however and the Van was clean and there were no other issues.

Improve customer service, I had to wait at least 15-20 minutes to even be helped in the store. Not to mention I felt like I was being lectured when given options for additional services.

Nothing!! The two workers were very knowledgeable, very friendly, very patient, and very helpful. They did an awesome job. 10 out of 10 for U-Haul Williamsport.

The vehicle was clean and drove sufficiently. The gearstick did not indicate the correct gear. It had to be placed between Park and Reverse to go into reverse. It had to be placed between Drive and Neutral to go into the Overdrive position. Luckily it was only a local rental. The store was okay. Kurt, the clerk, did a good job getting me the vehicle I needed for the day. I will probably be back.

The only negatives I had were that the driver's side door key would not open the door and the tank was half full of gas. It would be much easier if the tank were kept full; there's no guessing how much gas to put in when returning the truck...just pump till full.

You make a customer make a reservation and a time to pick up the truck. I respect your wishes, so when I show up to pick up the truck I should be out the door within 5-10 minutes not 30 minutes later. Most people have hired people and are waiting to help move. I don't think U-Haul shows respect for their customers. I never got a receipt (your have my email) so that's an issue, I shouldn't have to call. You should also make sure your employee's can multi-task. This guy who has to do one thing at a time and gets all flustered when more then one person is in front of him was comical. Plus if your system goes down you should have a back up instead of having your customers wait until it's back up and running. Wasted 1 hr of my time on Saturday and got nothing, no discount, no apology nothing. Like I said you should respect your customers more.
