The equipment was not safe for use and some of the staff were rude and abrasive. It was the worst experience I have had in dealing with a u-haul location.

I dropped off my trailer after a long drive from Chicago. Ryan and Laura at StoreSmart self-storage were friendly and knowledgeable. They helped me unhook my trailer and made me feel welcomed not only at the storage facility but to Wilmington as well! I even rented a storage unit from them. The property has new ownership and is under construction with new lighting, paint, roofs, security and a new office. They have all the moving supplies you will need. If you need storage, I highly recommend StoreSmart self-storage!

I have been dealing with this location for several months, with a storage unit that I use for both storage and as a place to do a little woodworking and car maintenance. The management couldn't be more pleasant and accommodating.
