Get all of the information needed from credit card at the\ Get all of the information you need from the credit card, Driver picked up the truck and did not know the zip code for my address. Cost me extra to have two more guys on site waiting for the truck??

I was pleased with the Marshall Street W-S location and your Represenatives were very professional. I would recommend this location HIGHLY!!, but, your Subsiduary Contactor at J&J Food Mart at the Broad Street W-S Location,NEVER!! The clerk i was speaking to on the morning of 10.9.14 was arguing with me and then hung up on me. All i was doing was confirming my reservation for 10.9.14. I had made this reservation on the evening of 10.7.14. I will NEVER recommend the Broad Street Location and will tell ALL not to go there. They are in need of Customer Service Training!!

No change needed. Awesome rental experience. Truck was perfect and still can't believe how good the truck was on gas. Rental was much cheaper than estimated total cost given during truck pickup. Very professional and highly recommended.

Wow! The Winston-Salem crew was terrific also. As soon as I pulled in they greeted me by name, checked me out and I was on my way in minutes. The only issue I had with U Haul was with the High Point location. They were not nearly as friendly and helpful. They had my email incorrect and I never received confirmation.

I have put in a complaint where I was over charged me for mileage I made 1 trip from ebert to reynolda rd charged me 41dollars in mileage there is no way I went 41 miles also staff was very rude checking in the truck I will let people no about yall my complaint ref 710295

Had signed up well in advance for an appliance dolly but when picking up the equipment they told me they didn't have any. As I was hooking up the trailer a customer brought an appliance dolly back and they wouldn't rent that one to me. Considering I ordered one in advance there should have been one there and then the terrible customer service of not renting one too me was surprising. I rented one from home depot who gave much better service.

We ordered boxes online from U-Haul for our move with this location as the pick-up location. We ordered only items that this location listed as having in stock, and about as many boxes as U-Haul suggests for a "small apartment move." When we went to pick them up two days later, one of the employees behind the counter made a comment to another employee about how tall my girlfriend is, then asked if my girlfriend plays basketball--which seems like a small thing, unless you're 6'4" and get asked several times a day if you play basketball by total strangers. One of the employees behind the counter looked up my order, laughed in disbelief, and said, "That's a lot of boxes. I don't even know if we have all of that stuff." The other two employees looked at the order and made similar comments. All three employees then started to search the store and the warehouse while making comments such as, "What is this?" "I don't know what that is," "Do we carry that?" "Do you know where that is?" They pulled only one of each item until I pointed out the "quantity" line on the order form, listing that we needed several of some items. They pulled one item that was not the item we ordered, and I had to ask twice for them to double-check what the correct item was. In the end they refunded us for one item that they could not find, despite the fact that we had ordered it in advance. As this location was the only one convenient for my move, we reserved a U-Haul truck here. I called the day of my reservation to let them know that I would be later than our reservation time, about which they were very gracious. When we arrived, they had the truck and dolly ready, but said that they did not have the pads we had reserved because "someone came in earlier and took like twelve packs of them." When we asked how we would be able to pad anything without the pads, they suggested we instead use our moving boxes as padding. They said that if we used the boxes we had purchased as replacement padding that they would not buy them back. The employee eventually offered a mileage discount because they did not have the pads. I will definitely not be returning to this location again and will recommend against others using it.

Nothing. Keep it the same. The customer service provided was exceptional to say the least. I believe his name is Rob and he deserves a bonus. We came from 4 states away to rent a trailor and he was extremely helpful with every part of our journey. Thank you again for your service we were greatly satisfied.!!!!

Area for truck storage was very limited and crowded. Had to work my way through small opening between trucks to get to my rental. Would be extremely difficult for someone with physical disability. Representative was very helpful and extremely courteous.

Location was fine...The PROBLEM STARTED WITH 800#. Had someone steal my pin so returning was gonna be an issue. I was returning after hours anyway on a Sunday but called the 800# at 11pm so location would know my issue. I could not buy new pin/clip til i could get to Uhaul the next day. Wal-mart only sold the loarge one, of course I need the small one. Jason LaRue who answered the phone said I would have to call the location and tell them. I told him it was after hours there and just wanted it noted that I had an issue and would return at the 24 our mark about 4pm on Monday.He said he couldnt do that, that my trailer was rented in the morning and I would be charged another day and $50 late fee. I asked him how is that possible, cause when I rented it there were no reservation on trailer for days and that there was 2 others on the lot when I left at 422pm right before closing on a Sunday. He informed me that is policy and to call the location. Again I told him location was closed. All I wanted him to do was extend out my rental and make notes on contract as to why I needed this done. He told me he couldnt. So I told him that I am an employee with UHaul and knew what could and could not be done. I went online myself when I got home finally at 1am after scuring the trailer (since I couldnt tow it anywhere) and looked for myself. Jason LaRue was a complete lier. As I thought no reservation was for the trailer I had and 2 others sat on the lot with no reservations. I can now see why customers have such a had time with the 800# and come into the stores upset at the person behind the counter! He completely lied to me. Even after hearing I am an employee, he did nothing. Even wrote on my contract that I claimed to be an employee with the proof there in the notes starting him in the face! I have screen shots of the proof, if any Corporate folks would like to see it. I would hope this gets address with Jason LaRue. Maybe even send this to Jason Grider.?.?
