I ordered the truck from another location, but there was nothing available. This location is just poor. I needed 2hours!!! to pick the truck up. I arrived the store on time, but not the owner. He was delayed about a half hour . Nothing was prepared although they knew that I would come. No Instruction for the Auto Transport ( I didn't need that, but the Renter couldn't know this.) For a good location applies also that the Truck is complete filled, not only 3/8 or 1/2 or something else. Fortunately I never have to use this location again.

I mistakenly filled up gas tank, this uhaul manager refused to give me credit for overfilling his gas tank!....Terrible customer service! Won't use them again!
