It is difficultto manuver around the parking/pickup area. Lots of blind turns and tight spaces. No good for someone unfamiliar with towing a trailer.
Service was excellent. The guy hooking up my trailer was dedicated and knowledgable. Took the time to do things right.

The staff here was Excellent! They were very fast and very efficient. The only complaint that I have is the entry and exit from the actual facility is very steep. There really isn't anything that can be done about it short of an entire parking lot renovation. Keep up the good work and give these guys and gals a pay raise!!

I would recommend the location because of the friendliness of the staff and the convenient location. However, the vehicle I picked up smelled like someone had been smoking in it, and vehicles were allowed to be parked in front of the building in a matter which blocked the exit from the parking lot. Also, the line at the counter inside the facility was held up for several minutes while the manager waited for a customer to arrive to sign his contract.

Update trucks! Dash was falling apart. Every minor bump felt like the truck was going to shake into pieces. Transmission down shifts extremely hard. Seat belt would not stay snug and fuel gauge reading ranged from F to E depending on whether you were on the gas or brake. Windows very dirty, could hardly see out at night.

Drop off was much friendlier and easier than the pick up. Pick up required a mgr get involved and I have no idea why? Some kind of miscommunication about my reservation which I did online! Minor aggravation, but not too bad.
