People who work there are very rude. I went in to pick up when I scheduled my reservation and it was all wrong. The guy who waited on me was a jerk very unprofessional and rude. He told me they only rent trucks out for 6 hours max on weekends but when I had called to make a reservation he didn't even tell me. So when I picked it up he told me and I asked why they didn't tell me when I scheluded it he was rude cocky and said why should I have to tell u it's not our job. He also said they have the truck rented out for the next day at 10am. When I returned the truck he was very unfriendly. Then i find out that truck wasnt even rented for the next day. And not once did I get any apology! This place is a joke and I will NEVER rent from them again. Im gonna be sure to tell everybody how rude and unprofessional you guys are. I give them two thumbs down and I highly advise nobody to rent from them.

The employee gave me the wrong key and/or told me to take the wrong truck. He handed me the key and said "it's the third one" so I took the third truck. Somehow, the truck started at the location but not at my home. The truck had to be towed back to the location (after the mechanic had to remove the rear axle so it could roll) where the location's mistake was discovered. The employee was very condescending to me and implied it was my fault he messed up. He then tried to make me wait until the mechanic put the axle back on the truck. Since I had already wasted three hours, I refused. No apology was offered. The next day when I returned the truck, another employee offered an apology but then hedged it by saying "well, the key was labeled" implying I should have checked it. Gee, I don't know, when I was told what truck to take and it started with the key I was given for some reason I didn't suspect incompetence at that point.
