Surly and condescending manager/dispatcher. Customer Service training is called for here. The location where I had hoped to be able to reserve the vehicle (Enzo's on 74 (S Queen St) in York was exactly the opposite. Friendly, accommodating, polite and professional. They, however, apparently are discontinuing their relationship with U-Haul (unfortunately).

Root cause analysis
Issue - price quoted was not price at time of pick up
Effected - time, productivity, money, excess motion
Root cause - agent taking reservation online did not properly input reservation at the call center.
Issue was resolved after contacting transportation. Ashley did a great job as well as the agent at the physical location.

I would have to say that having rented trucks from not only U-Haul but a number of other companies this one has been the best,very professional, clean trucks, and the person running the location very helpful I highly recomend this location.
