I rented twice over this weekend and bith times I was very impressed with how well the general manager had the operation going. When Iwalked in the door there were about ten people in line and several others that has been assisted but were waiting forr their rental to be brought up front. In very short order I was next in line and quickley out the door my rental right out front. He had things well organized and moving very efficiently. I even commented to him that he was running a tight ship as my experience a few years ago in Farmington Hills was chaos He was concerned about my previous experience and assures me that thee current manager had things running smoothly. The only negative aspect of my rental was that I was not told the ten foot truck does not have a ramp. If I had known that I would have gladly reserved a bigger truck at a higher rate to utilize the ramp. In addition both of my helpers and I gouged our shins on the trailer hitch that lacked a rubber boot to protect you from injuries

I did not selected this location. My option was 5295 W Michigan Ave - Ypsilanti, MI 48197. I did all the process online and wasn't informed that my selection will be closed. As a result, I was forced to spend more money on miles, because they enroll me in another store without my consent.

I did not know that if you were late picking up your trailer on the day you said you would pick it up and they could not contact you--they cancelled your reservation. I thought the pickup time was an estimated pickup time.

returned the trailer was taken care as soon as I arrived offered an online receipt , personal removed the trailer from the towing unit ,was the maybe 10 minutes

I reserved online for a different location. I did get a text on the same day as I ordered the trailer, I glanced at it and thought it was a confirmation of the order, not a new location. Second, I felt pressured by the manager, Erik, on several levels, to buy another day in case I would be late. He tried several times. I had no idea what time I would be returning the vehicle. I did not think I would be late, but if I was, he could charge me the extra day then, not ahead of time. He asked me several times, I felt extreme pressure. Someone called me on Sunday at 11am and asked if I would be back on time. No, I was going to be there around 5/6pm and would leave it. I was told there would be an additional day charge plus a 1 day penalty charge. I was angry, and felt the entire Haul experience was negative and a scam. Please call me to discuss if you would like.

My trailer rental was good to go; but the customer in front of me didn't have license, ID, no credit card etc. I understand the associate's problem, with empathy to the guy. His needs were met. How about an 'express' check out? I've reserved on-line - I show up 15 min before check-out -time - You've verified all my information on-line - All paper work should done and ready to go. Can I move to the front of the line?

I got your service last time also, But this time When I return the vehicle the person who check the vehicle said there are two sketchs on both sides and those are not stickers on it so I need to responsible for those. and I said I did not do any damages. He said It in our policy rules details you should read that and make a photo on it. Actually I did not read any policy rules, but the person who complete my documents said you should within 24 hour and gas it according to the mark on the paper, that's all. I know I did not read the policy. Last year also I got the vehicle and returned it without any problem. That person is very respectable and did everything good. So I trust this time also the people. They can even see the skrechs are looks old not recent. so, other person said may be the head , ok it is all rights. They did not charge me. but my mind is upset about the person who response me. Pl. check the vehicle and give people hereafter or you should explain everything people doesn't have time to read . Thank you very much for your service any way.

Wasn't prompted by staff to check the exterior when I got the trailer and when returning the trailer was expected to pay for previous damage. Manager did resolve. Even though I rented an enclosed trailer, items got wet. Please remind renters to inspect BEFORE they leave your location.

When I made the reservation, I made it at a different location. When I called a few days later to confirm, I was told I needed to go to a different location. I explained that wasn't what I was told, but that didn't matter. It was not easy for me to make the change-- very disappointed,.

Make sure that you have plenty of staff working to get trucks rented out. The morning of Friday May 1st, long line and one person renting out trucks. It took about 25 minutes to get to me when there where three ahead of me. My truck was new but stopped on me three times. It started right back up each time, but that shouldn't never happened. Returning of the truck was a little quicker. I have rented from you many times and this was the worst experience I've had, but it all worked out in the end.

I have allergic reactions to several things including dog hair. Though the vehicle operated flawlessly, I was constantly itching and sneezing on my 130 mile drive because of an immense amount of dog hair in the vehicle (specifically on the two seats). I broke out in small hives and had to keep the windows open on the cold day to help the reaction subside. I am still incredibly pleased with the service, but was bothered that I was had to deal with the allergic reaction the entire time I was driving the vehicle. Please enforce the no pets rule, if there is one, and ensure the vehicle is pet hair free to those allergic like myself. Thank you!
