U-haul is advertising a 20ft truck that is 16.8ft. Although the location where nice I will not be using U-haul trucks again as I believe it is deceptive to advertise a 20ft truck that is only 16.8ft.

The service was wonderful. They hooked up the trailer and had everything ready for me. Even found my electrical connection that I thought I didn't have. I would highly recommended this location to anyone who want good service.

Once again, I had to rent a truck from Richard and Tammy, and, as always, they made the experience totally seamless. It is such a pleasure doing business with them, as they are always friendly, courteous, and professional. There are a lot of rental facilities in Yuma, but they are by far the best around. One cannot go wrong for either renting a truck or using one of their storage units. AAA+++
