The older truck I rented is in need of a front end work. Pulled bad to the right. The stearing wheel was a half turn to the left to mantain on the road. Also the raido didn't work. I only put 47 miles on the truck and had put fuel back into it. I still got a 15$ charge for fuel.

You can not do anything to better the customer service at this location Robbie was the most helpfu. I had a open heart surgery while renting the property and I would tell anyone to do business with you and feel comfortable knowing they got the best service out there.

The only complaint is there is not much parking, but there's not much that can be done about that considering the location. The 2 gentlemen that assisted me were very helpful in setting me up with exactly what I needed. They were also friendly and a real asset to the company.
