There is almost NO room for traffic to enter to pick up or return vehicles, much less have someone drop you off to get vehicle or get you after you return vehicle. Location desperately needs room for traffic and parking!!

Not treat the next one like dirt if and when they experience troubles the way i did. This is not about compensation, but if there is a situation where it is indeed in need, IE: cracked windshield, transmission slippage, burning excess fuel, dirty cab, dirty truck itself, then there should be something said and done concerning a potential future reference/repeat customer and although i will be in need of a truck in the future, i will reconsider my call to U-Haul and i'm sure you don't care if i never ever give a positive reference because of my experience!!!

The new Ford Transit van was a great ride. Nicely equipped with A/C, Cruise, Stereo, Gauges, and electric windows. Nice upgrade to previous vehicles. Also liked using Uhaul website. Friendly helpful staff.

On a very busy weekend for Fort Collins, they seems very short staffed. Also, staff seems to allow people who complained the loudest about the wait, get away with cutting in line for those that had been waiting. Additionally, the guys in the yard allowed anyone to connect to any trailer regardless of whether or not its was the one assigned to them or not. Check in in Sacramento went without a problem.

I tried to rent an open trailer but three in stock were damaged. The only option I had for the size needed was a closed trailer. I was given a trailer and when they went to hook it up, it too was broken and so I had to go back inside and get a new trailer. I had to wait a long time because earlier an employee sold the wrong products to not one but two different customers. I had to sit and wait until their issues were resolved before I could resolve my issue.

First off, let start off by saying yes the truck was clean and I was told it was a brand new truck when my sister and I rented it. However, when it was actually time to use it, the door was extremely hard to open and would not pull down unless three of us were using our body weight. It was extremely stiff. Even when we dropped the truck off, the guy commented that it wasn't broken, but something wasn't right and that was obviously a pain with moving. That is not where my main problem lies. My issue is that we initially had a $70 hold on the card for the estimated mileage, and when we dropped the truck off, we only ended up using $50 including the price of the truck rental and everything and we were told the $70 would come off. Now this isn't my first time using Uhaul, but I normally use the location in Loveland, so I know how it works. Well on Saturday, it was still showing that both charges of $50 and $70 were taken out of the account so my sister called up the location since it was her card and the lady was very rude saying it wasn't showing up on her computer and my sister was saying well it is in my bank account. The lady said the manager would call my sister back, which never happened. That was on Sunday (we rented the truck on Friday). On Monday, my sister called back and was met with another rude man on the line this time saying that it is only showing the $50 charge taken out of her account. Finally, after my sister pressing and insisting, he hesitatingly transferred her to Regional Customer Service and was met with a very friendly woman. In the end, it turned out that we HAD been overcharged by $70 and we were right and it took two phone calls and arguing to get it all sorted out. Very disappointed in this location's customer service.

Not screw them by misreading the gas level and not telling them about it. I filled very close to 5/8 (like that's not a scam for you to not have them all full BTW) and he said nothing when I told him I filled it back to as close as I could guess where it was. Next thing you know I get my email receipt saying it was at 1/2... complete scam and $17 down the drain. Also got charged for extra mileage which I have no idea where you got that. I drove one way to the exact location I told you and the two dropoff/pickup locations you made me use. Will not use you all again if I can't find a way to get this fixed. If you actually care, it was contract #23999953.

Young new hire was not familiar with any of the processes, the more experienced guy jumped in a couple times but the whole process took us 5 hours of waiting. We were charged for a part they didn't even have in stock, told they would refund it and it was not refunded. The trailer had not been swept out and had dirt and leaves in it. Overall a really bad experience.

I had checked in online but I still had to wait in a long line. It took 30 minutes to check-in, Maybe there could be a notice on the website about when the busiest times at each location are?
