Keep in mind when you’re moving into the city, housing availability and rental rates can fluctuate around the school schedule.
  • Neighborhoods – Tucson is a relatively large city, and the housing options are plentiful.   • Beat the Heat – For most of the year, Tucson has an amazing climate. However, Tucson is another Arizona city where temperatures will top 100 degrees during the summer. The newest addition, the Sun Link streetcar, is a streetcar that runs through central Tucson to connect the U of A campus, downtown Tucson, the Tucson Convention Center, and various shopping and entertainment districts.
