Beth TI really appreciate how they texted me before dropping the rental off and provided an option for overnight drop off. I ended up dropping off the rental in person and wasn’t quite sure where to park it so I just left it in the overnight drop off location. I suggest they include in their text instructions on where to park it is dropping it off in person.

Thomas FPersonnel was very helpful with my 20’ Uhual truck and car transporter. He helped back me up and take the trailer off the truck which made it an easier process. Very well laid out facility would 100% recommend. Also got me squared away quickly with my self storage situation.
Cory FJohn, in the New Cumberland location went above and beyond to assist. There was a minor misunderstanding with pick up location. He spent several phone conversations assisting/directing me to his facility. Thank you John! One of the tires on the AT was slightly bald and had a small chunk out of it. No trouble for my trip but it was reported in Panama City, my drop spot. Thank you.

Ronald RWhen I did the pick up by phone, the system had the wrong starting miles for my truck. The guy in the office was great, but that was frustrating. There was apparently no way to correct it, but I think I got charged correctly. I'll check for sure tomorrow. Dropping off, the website messed up a couple times and I had to start over. I've rented from UHaul quite a few times and the website always messes up.

Robert TOnly for the simple fact that the truck was dirty when we got it, there being a turnpike receipt, beef jerky wrapper In the cap. Then when I returned after hours they charged the cleaning fee. I swept bed out despite hauling a wrapped piece of furniture from the store to my house.
Alicia SI was warned by location, but the previous driver smoked in it. It still smelled of cigarettes. Also, something is wrong with valve inside gas tank. I could only pump gas REALLY slow into it. It took forever to get gas in truck.

Mark GThe man who helped us was a literal saint! He helped us hook the rental trailer up to our truck when we picked it up, he assisted in troubleshooting our lights and connecting wires, and even backed up the truck with attached trailer for me when I came back to drop it off! He was so nice and also kept me updated about the rental pick up time through call and text! It was an easy and straightforward process.

Rachel Mtruck felt like it needed brake work pedel was very spongy.. Hard to believe a truck from az had no ac,, It sure would have made a day in the high 90's with humidity to match a good bit more tolorable..
