Clean the location, had an infestation of Gnats, the gnats were so bad one hit me in the eye in the office and even the van I rented had gnats in it. The customer service was great. My experience with him was A1, but because of the infestation it was so miserable to deal with this Uhaul. I would not send anyone to this location.

Eric CI made an online reservation for a 10:30 pick up several days before. I received confirmation of the pickup from U-Haul and thought I was all set. When I arrived at the scheduled time there was no 10' truck there. The clerk said my pickup wasn't showing on his schedule. When I gave him the confirmation number it showed. There was a 15' there which he ultimately figured out how to give me at the same price. However, they didn't have the dolly I had pre ordered or a full set of moving blankets which were also pre ordered. When I got the truck home the cargo area was full of shattered glass, which we had to clean before using. I don't recommend this location for vehicle rental, their main business seems to be storage and the U-Haul just a side gig.
Donald HCommunication between sites and self were poor at best. Personally, I was treated as a child by the rental person who also appeared to be offended by my mere presence. You do need improvement.
