The original time I selected was changed. There was no dolly available and they could not give me a discount. The two employees working were very nice but they were the gas station employees and there were no Uhaul employees to be found. The gas station employees working took 45 min to figure out how to rent us the van, the stores iPad was dead so all of it had to be done on the gas station employees personal cell phone. It made a stressful moving day, even more stressful.

No receipt - no one available to check-in truck. Waited until morning, saw charges, have no receipt to dispute. Individual at counter cannot access transactions from previous day and I can only get information from the Regional Manager? I left a message for the RM to call, no call to date. Not the U-Haul experience I'm accustomed to! Thanks!

There needs to be someone present who knows how to rent out the equipment on site, at all reserved times. My reservation was for 7 am. No one was there who knew what to do, or even seemed to care. I got out of the shop with my truck after 8 am. The van had been "cleaned", yet was still muddy, and had trash, loose change and reciepts all over the cab and in the back. Last, the amount I was charged was too much by two gallons of fuel. This happened because they switched trucks on my before I left the station, and the new truck had 1/4 less tank of fuel than the first, and they did not change the amount of fuel in their system. I brought the fuel back up to the proper amount, but they charged me anyway!

There were major issues with the uhaul programming/verifying of my id etc. It took me well over a half hour just to get the keys. The manager? of the location, came out to assist and right away and he had no clue what he was doing. He was zero help. I was late to a pick up location and was only using the damn van for an hour. So. Waste of time and money to uhaul.

You ought to supply the vehicles with a full tank of gas so that it would be easier for the renter to refill the gas he uses. We were told to bring it back with half a tank. The vehicle came with a bit more than half a tank (because the last renter guessed wrong) and since we didn't drive that far we still had more than half a tank and so we didn't put in any fuel. Still, the full tank would be more fair all around.

My only complaint was that there were not blankets available to rent. Everything else was great, especially the hours. Bringing the truck back late the night before I was supposed to have it back was way easier than waking up and fighting morning traffic.

There were socks left in the cargo hold meaning it had not been cleaned. I had thought I had specifically rented one of the smaller, narrower vans, but was assigned a larger one and they weren't able to change it. I was delivering tricycles to apartment complexes with small parking lots and this made the deliveries very challenging. The check engine light and change oil soon lights came on immediately and when I called to see what to do about it, the first person I called said they would swap it out, but roadside assistance said it was fine. I would never drive my car with the check engine light on. Location is convenient for me, though understaffed. The staff members themselves were friendly.

Person couldn’t get the system to work and had to try several times. Got interrupted by gas station patrons. His colleague came and finished the transaction pretty fast. Overall processing time was about 15 minutes when I did everything online including check in.

I returned the UHaul 4 hours after departing with it. This is what I had requested and agreed to. I received my final invoice the next day for just over double the initial estimate. A customer service rep with UHaul quickly determined I had been billed for two days. After calling the location where I rented from to verify that I had indeed rented the truck for only 4 hours, I was credited back the over-billed amount. I am much appreciative of the assistance!! Perhaps just a mention to the location billing person about paying closer attention. I have used UHaul many times and have never had this issue. Definitely not a deal breaker for me. I will happily use UHaul again.

The location was fine. U-Haul corporate is full of crap. 1. You lied about hte rates, and charged me double the estimate, 2x the LDW and 3x the rental rate. 2. You supply your location with substandard equipment. The woman trying to manage my reservation had an iPad (or tablet device) that was impossible to read. 3. You are liars and thieves.

The staff was nice as can be. The internet was very slow. It took a very long time to check in. The van was nice but it was muddy inside. Overall it worked out fine but it certainly wasn’t perfect.

I'd like to dispute two charges included in my receipt for contract 75307064: I was overbilled for an extra day. I was charged for two rental periods, though my rental reservation was to run only 7 hours, 1:30pm-8:30pm on Feb 4. I returned the truck EARLY by 2 hours, at approximately 6:30pm on Feb 4. I was returning the truck outside of business hours, so I used the uhaul.com/share link provided to me; when sharing my GPS location was impossible in that process, the link prompted me to park legally, remove all of my belongings, and leave the keys in a drop box. I did this. I was not told I would be charged TWICE OVER. I have two witnesses to my early return and would have been captured on security cameras. I demand a refund of $19.95 for the day rate and $10 for coverage, for a total refund of $29.95.

This isn't a uhaul location, it's just a Pick up site at a gas station. When I got there, there was one person working behind the desk, someone outside, and a former employee standing around shooting the breeze with the employees and customers. Because only one guy was behind the desk, he was able to do everything and had to start my reservation and then go ring someone up and come back. Meanwhile the former employee is standing there chatting, blocking the line, and distracting him. The clerk was very nice, but he didn't know how to look up my reservation. Finally a different employee, maybe a manager, came out and looked it up in like 2 minutes. They were all very nice, just very disorganized.

I was told that I could pick up and drop off at 9 AM from day to day two, and only be charged for 1 day rental. I did that. I dropped off the rental at 8:55 AM the next day, where I handed the keys to the attendant, and was told the receipt would be emailed. They did not process that drop off until after 12 PM, and I was charged for an extra day of rental. I disputed this charge in the receipt with the email information provided, and have heard nothing back.

When I arrived to pick up my vehicle the employees didn't have the password to log in to your system and I was charged for a dolly and pads, which I never got nor asked for. The van seats were covered in white dog hair. This is the worst Uhaul experience I've had in quite some time.

It's not really the location's fault. I made a reservation for a uhaul at this location. I checked online that morning to see that I had a reservation for that location. I arrived and they knew nothing about me having a rental there. It's a gas station and it seems like a bother for most folks to deal with the uhaul rental. I tried to open up the reservation on my phone but the uhaul website was glitchy (again). I called uhaul where a representative told me that they had switched my rental to a location on the other side of town, but she saw that the van I requested was available at the location where I was at. This makes no sense to me. She said they called me, texted and left a message. I received none of these. Then she said she would reserve the van for me and that she would text and email me. Again, I didn't receive a text or an email from her. I was able to get the van but it was a hassle.

Thie location is a gas station with usually only one member of staff behind the counter. If a customer comes in to pay for gas or buy something you have to wait. Even if the paperwork has been started this is left while the other customers are attended to. We have hired twice from here and each time it has taken 20 to 30 minutes to get the admin done. This needs to be looked at to reduce booking out time.

Not sure why I received a receipt on 04/22/2022 for a rental I had on 04/09/2022. I am sure I received all receipts shortly after my rentals. I did have several. This location has not been the most efficient with rentals. I will look at my credit card statement to see if I was charged twice.

The cashier was very nice. He could not get the tablet to work repeatedly, the interior was not clean from the previous client, and it took some time to check out the vehicle and he was unable to process a return immediately also due to faulty equipment. We used to rent from this location often but they are now down to 3 vehicles, two of which were not in use when we came to pick up equipment.

Very unhelpful woman checking in. Wouldn’t help me at all, tried everything on my phone, and then spent 30 minutes on the phone with customer service and they pretty much told me to check in at the desk. The woman, again, wouldn’t lift a finger. A guy coming into work finally helped me. It took like two minutes. I was finally able to get out of there. Considering the carnival of misery that was plus the fact that uhaul wasn’t much cheaper than if I would had my furniture piece delivered, I’m not sure I’ll use uhaul in the future

Yes clean. Pretty well maintained, but a window handle knob fell off and a tire indicator on the dash indicated that two tires were low. I had no problems using the truck, just noting these minor maintenance issues. The rental process went very well and the employees were very helpful, even lent me a wrench for a bike issue unrelated to the truck rental.

Pick-up was unprofessional. Communication on steps and liability was next to none. I had ordered a dolly but there was not one available. The truck was in TERRIBLE condition. It actually felt pretty unsafe to even drive and I would have refused it if I had more than a day left to get all my things out of my apartment. There was a left driver-side mirror missing. The left passenger side mirror was smashed. The truck had severe damage to the driver's side exterior. It wasn't clean. The check engine light was on. To add to all of it, I returned it and woke up to an invoice the next morning with a charge for 95 miles when I only drove 5 and AND was charged for two days when I only had it for one. I've rented many Uhauls in the past and this is the absolute worst experience I have ever had. It was enough for me to look elsewhere in the future for my moving needs.

Overall the process was fine, but the U-haul app/website is kind of buggy and was giving me some weird errors about my phone number already being in use. It wouldn't let me go past that page and when I tried to call customer service (because the employees at this location could not help me) the wait time was 15 min, which really dipped into my 4-hour rental period. That was a bummer. But aside from that, the van was clean and worked perfectly for what I needed.

Where to start...This is the second time that I have used location. -First, the digital check in no contact process did not work. They system was unable to process so I had to go inside and see the attendant. This took almost 40 minutes to get through the process. - Second, the van I had reserved had a do not rent note on the keys and there wasn't another van available. The attendant was able to get me into a 10ft truck...challanging to drive but workable. What the attendant didn't tell me was that the milage rate was $.50 more a mile that the quote for the van (Additional Expenses). -Finally, when I returned the truck, I returned the keys and checked in with the attendant. It took almost 48 hours to get the transaction processed and completed. This obviously isn't the primary business for the service station and it shows. I wouldn't recommend.

For some reason the vehicle I had reserved this location did not have keys for that vehicle. The employee was cussing and screaming saying everything is always “fucked up”, while he helped other customers while I just stood around for 15 minutes. He handed me a very dirty phone and I had to talk to a uhaul representative and they wanted me to go to another location to pick up the vehicle I had reserved. I’m they didn’t offer me any discounts even though they had made the obvious mistake. This was in the afternoon and they had plenty of time to have reached me before hand to resolve these problems before I even arrived. They eventually offered me a different vehicle that the employee said (in his words) ‘tweakers’ had been inhabiting the night prior. It had graffiti all over it and smelled odd. I was late for what Ai had arranged. Very strange and irritating experience.

This is some of the worst customer service I have ever received in my life. It took them 45 minutes just to check me in to get my rental. The rental was absolutely filthy and disgusting, they wrote down the wrong amount for the fuel. They didn’t have any of the dollies or furniture pad that I reserved advanced. I was extremely patient and kind but got frustrated when they didn’t have the things I reserved and told me that reservations don’t mean anything. Two of the employees, an older white man and an African-American woman were actually yelling at me and my husband simply because we were expecting what we reserved they were not apologetic whatsoever that they didn’t have what we reserved they were mean and nasty and horrible I can’t believe anyone could treat customers this way. I have never been yelled at someone before because they messed up. It was insane. Even when we came back to drop off the keys the woman was so nasty and rude and rolled her eyes at us. I really don’t understand this treatment at all. I will be telling everyone I know to not to use this location or even utilize their gas station. This should be looked into and three employees NEED to be spoken to about this. I have a friend who rented from them a few months ago and had an extremely similar experience so this is not a one off, this is just how they treat people
