Marlene GIt's a country store that rent U-Haul as a side line. This was at least my 4th rental from them. The staff are friendly and very helpful. I rated it 4 stars only because it's not a full size inventory location.

Jaye OReubens seems to have a hard time having inventory on hand. It would be great if they had more to offer the local folks (I would have rented from them if this unit was available). I understand that it’s not always their fault as other UHAUL facilities seem to absorb their available units. I was even offered a discount to return this unit to Bangor rather than Reubens.

Robert PMy debit card would not work so I paid cash which was fine for me because I had the extra. The clerk said that they were having troubles recently with debit cards. All in all it was a good experience.
Priscilla LThe rental process was painfully slow , even though they knew I was coming (and a time they recommended). The UHAUL system was not working well, and they really needed another employee to step up and clerk for other customers so the one working the phone/computer could do her job. Others need to be cross-trained since the first gal screwed up (and also added insurance when I didn’t need it!). It took me over an hour to get out with it!😳
Jaye OThe truck was filthy. Whoever used it before us had chickens in it and it was full of chicken poop and feathers. It took 20 minutes to get it clean enough to put furniture in. I hired people by the hour and I didn’t appreciate having to clean a truck that should have been checked and clean before I received it.
Alvin PThe truck had something wrong with it that made it shake so bad I had to stop driving to let my hands rest. The location set my drop off point at the wrong place and it cost me almost 100$ more. When I tried to talk to uhaul about It I was told someone would call me in next 2 days and they never called. I won't be renting from them again.
