I don't even know where to begin with how awful this experience was. I will never use uhaul again, nor will I recommend it to anyone else. That is applicable to uhaul as a whole & not the drop-off or pick up points.
Liandra BNo Uhaul drop box available at all... store hours were not as they were posted on the front door...open at 9am and Noone showed up until after 10am. I had to call uhaul and get confirmation to be allowed to leave the key under driver seat and door open which goes against all of the protocall for truck returns... do not use this drop off location unless you wish to be left literally wondering and waiting if someone will show up to work and be able to do their job... uhaul customer service in the US that finally answered were very helpful and understanding. As it was -20 they did not want me waiting outside in the cold because of the store clerks incompatince. That is about the only positive.
