Craig SHave the reserved equipment at the location it is reserved at. I wasted 3 hours of my Saturday and had to make a 30+mile round trip to another location! The $50 repayment for the equipment being there guarantee isn’t adequate these days. My time is more valuable. Next time I will seek an alternative to using uhaul.

Jose DWho ever booked my reservation, was awful, they sent us to Glenville to get a truck which we could not get because the lock codes did not work and no-one would answer the phone even after calling customer service, Then they told us there would be a truck in Pembroke, Glenville is an hour away from my home and Pembroke is an hour and 1/2 it was suppose to be an intown move from Jesup to Jesup. We got jerked around so much , and I wasted both of my weekend days off to move finding a truck. Pembroke ,we drove up there they didn't have a truck after talking to Uhaul Customer service once again, They found us a truck in Ludowice Ga which is 20 min away from my home. When we got there he told us that he has had a truck all weekend we could've used and we asked why didn't the initial booking place send us there. He said I don't know. But I can tell you Ron was awesome we got the truck and it went well after we finally found him. As far as Friday to Sunday Uhaul experience frankly sucked and was awful. I will never call anyone but Ron again for my needs, oh and by the way the transit manager hung up on me so your customer service sucks. Ron on the other hand is top notched and I would talk to him anyway over anyone we talked with connected to your direct company......Thanks for nothing!

casandra mRon is amazing. He reached out ahead of time with an appointment reminder - not that I forgot but letting me know he is the point of contact. I asked him if he could help me set up the trailer hitch since I do not know how too. He was very kind and wanted to make sure I was safe for my trip. Ron was very genuine and authentic and helped put my insecurity of not knowing how to hook up the trailer to rest and made me feel safe for my trip. He's a good man and we need more men like him in this world.

Billy EI thought when I rented the truck and the dollies there was a guarantee that I would have them, per the website. Make sure the tools or equipment you say you have is there and U-Haul as a company should be a little more involved with the places they use to sponsor their brand.
