That the locations needs to do a thoroughly sweep of all their trucks. I found drugs in the glove compartment and clips of bullets a clip in the opening in the bottle of the consul. When made a report it, I was made to drive across states with it. When they called the owner of the U-Haul he stated it belonged to me. Had to get a police report in my state. No on took responsibility or offered any reimbursement. Made me feel like was apart of a crime. And the owner also charged me for things I didn’t ask for when I placed the rental on reserved and I was not given my money back. Called corporate and they been ghosting me also. U-Haul has definitely went down hill.
