The check in and check out process is very slow and cumbersome. Should not be as manual and dependent on an agent to complete the process.

Joel LOne tire strap was damaged and unusable,I was on a schedule and drove 20 hours from Sarnia to pickup a car in Winnipeg. One of the tires treads was worn down. Customer service was terrible as it's a auto dealership also.

DIRK VThe original trailer was not available the day before the rental. When talking to the rep on the phone, other options were discussed. I felt that U Haul was not taking ownership of the problem. No “we’re sorry” or anything. Other options more expensive but no concession to cut me a deal. It was 100% their doing which caused the problem. I felt very little focus was being shown. This interaction was with the customer service rep on the phone. The physical location for pick up was great. Quick pickup and return. No problems. Arc was really nice.

David NBad service and an awful experience. Everyone was friendly, but the hours of operation were extremely unhelpful, and when I ran into a complication with the rental that was a Uhaul oversight I recieved no support and excuses. I was very disappointed and will never use this location again.

DOUG wI have been a client of Uhaul for 25-30 years and I can say that the company has improved greatly. For better or worse there is very little interaction with the location personnel. The website is great now and the online return system is very slick. Well done!
JORDAN SVery disappointed that I had to drive 6 hrs (there and back) to pick up my trailer since it was not available at any of the Winnipeg locations that I reserved 2 weeks prior

Cliff CTruck wasn’t guaranteed until 2 days prior, as Uhaul doesn’t value “in-town” customers. Representative was 30 minutes late for reservation. Truck is poorly maintained: summer tires, transmission issues and check engine light.
