The truck needs be serviced but the customer service was great!
Shiela JCheckin was horrible. I had to upload pics, drivers license, face pic multiple times because the tools in the app kept taking bad pictures. Took too long to check in this way. Might have been easier to do most of these steps ahead of time.

Comfort MLeft front tie down rachet was seized. I had to oil it and break it free for it to be usable. Wiring to the lights was damaged and eventually stopped working on the road. No left turn signal or brake light. I did a roadside repair.

John BIt is important to note that when renting a trailer, you must have your own electrical converter plug if required since the U-Haul agent does not have them in stock. Fortunately I had purchased one prior to pick- up.

RICHARD MEasy, seamless transaction. Front counter guy was helpful enough. I didn't need help attaching the trailer because i'm experienced in trailering. I assume he would have helped if asked? He didn't take any steps or offer to help, but like I said, no problem for me.

Ricky EThe young man at the counter was friendly and polite. That was the best thing about the rental. The facility did not have what I ordered. No blankets or furniture dollars. I ordered an appliance cart and it was forgotten. The truck was very uncomfortable (seems as there was no shocks hard bounces). The ramp was very short. Very steep incline and decline for heavy equipment. Really disappointed this time.

chris cThe gas amount showing in the rental truck should reflect the gas amount cited in the rental agreement. Rental agreement cited 5/8 and the gas gauge showed less than 1/2 tank. I did confirm this information with AE Auto & Shipping prior to taking my rental truck off their lot.
