The App is terrible ... took 45 minutes and phone calls to get vehicle. I ordered blankets and a dolly and piad for them but neither were with the truck. Office did not open until 11:00 am and my reservation was at 9:00 am so I could not reconcile the missing items.

This was the 2nd location. The 1st, in Absecon, NJ dropped the ball &DID NOT HAVE EQUIPMENT READY & I had to go to an alternate location for 24/7 pick up

Returned the trailer Tuesday 3/7; one day after renting the trailer - ONE DAY. Got a receipt on 3/14 saying it was 4 days overdue and a bill for $80+. Scumbags.

When I went to pick up the trailer at 10:00am on a Wednesday, there was no one there to help me. I called the number I had and was told to check in via my app and take the trailer. I wasn’t familiar the hitch attachment, but I figured it out, but I found it unacceptable that to not have an employee there to help.
