As long as you don’t have to deal with the guy who runs it, it’s a great experience. The place was a disaster, the guy was unprofessional and he wouldn’t control his dog what so ever. I have rented many u-hauls and have always had a good experience, this guy was awful, and said “I hate u-haul” not really what you want to hear being a customer.

Martin HWe were asked to drop off at a different location and money would be reimbursed Where we dropped off the attendant was extremely rude I took picture of the back of the truck and the kid said I needed to sweep it or he was charging me 30 dollar which is fine if I left the truck a mess when I asked if he was serious seeing how the truck looked exactly how we received it he was rude the rest of the time I was late for work because then decided to take his time we also never received the dolly we purchased

Lynn Sits a little confusing with the office being in a basement. The manager was very friendly, but he was not on site when I came to pick up the trailer. Very cluttered. A female would feel very uneasy at this location.

Robert FThis is the 4th time I have rented a trailer from UHaul and the 4th time I have placed a reservation for one site, but called and told it was changed to another site. I place a reservation so that I do not have to go out of my way and UHaul reservations are defeating that purpose. I had to drive 10 miles out of my way, through narrow residential streets yesterday with a trailer when I should have been able to pick up from a site right around the corner from my house. Deeply disappointed in the reservations process.

MATTHEW AAbsolutely disgusted by the Wooster Rd, Barberton, OH location. The “office” was incredibly dirty and there was trash everywhere. It appeared the man who ran the location also lived there and the visible parts of his living spaces were horrifying. His organization was non-existent, uhaul keys were thrown into a junk drawer and his jeans pockets. While he showed the uhaul trailer to me his bare bottom was exposed. I am an adult woman, but I am glad I was not alone because I did not feel comfortable. This man is a very poor representative of uhaul. Disappointed in this location.
jennifer nthe wrong key was in the lockbox, i couldn't figure out why the truck wouldn't start for 20 minutes. Also, the trucks are parked way too close together

Jasen FTransport broke halfway through the trip, covered the tow vehicle in brake fluid. Wasn’t discovered until a rest stop over 400 miles from our destination. Drove the rest of the way with no trailer brakes as we had a schedule to maintain. Wheels were also unbalanced and trailer shook between 40-50mph. I don’t blame the rental facility, however if no one tells someone there is an issue I’m assuming it never gets fixed. I called the office in the morning after to report the issues and tell them not to rent it until it’s fixed.

KEVIN MU-Haul should not list his car trailer location near Copley when it’s in Barberton. I selected it based on his other location and it was 20 miles further round trip. Nice guy, bad communication.

TOM Bmade reservation a month in advanced. called from dispatch center on saturday ,2 days when i needed trailer.wasn't where i told them where i wanted to pick it up at,but sent me 4 miles from where i was going to pick it up. so ,monday where they told me to go on saturday,4 miles from first place i picked...they didnt have my trailer there! the man at the counter appoligized,called around for me for 45 minutes,finnallyfound a trailer 8 miles from there store. what a hastle. your best bet is try ,try .try another place.UNPROFFESIONAL

wade lWhen making reservations with central reservations, it would be helpful if customer service would tell customers, the office is in the basement of the old theatre and you have to drive around to the back. They were very nice to work with on my rental.
