Danny OLuckily there was a person at this location to get the truck. I am a senior and was extremely nervous about having to do all that on my phone. Just not tech savvy. He was very helpful and nice to a nervous old lady. I was very appreciative.
Cynthia WThe location and help there was excellent. The owner at this pick up location was very nice and helpful. I gave them 5 stars because of that. U-Haul company itself would get 3 stars at best from me. The day before my pick up date, they called me and said the equipment that I ordered, the 15 foot truck, was not a available at the pick up location I requested and I would have to pick it up in Zachary, instead of Baton Rouge. This was significantly out of the way and I had movers scheduled to load us at 9:30am, which really stressed my schedule for the move. I could have stomached this ok, but I had to drive past my original location of choice on the way to Zachary, LA, and there were several of the 15’ trucks sitting on the lot. There were plenty of other UHaul locations in Baton Rouge, but was sent to Zachary. The truck itself was clean, in good condition and had low miles.
