Needs improvement on inspections. One of the tire straps was too short. I had to deflate my tire for the strap to fit around it and I don't have oversized tires, 18" wheels with standard tires. On the other hand, service was excellent.

John SMileage and gas tank level was incorrect due to recent shop trip per gentleman we interacted with.
Brittany HI paid a 60.00 deposit when I rented the trailer. I dropped it I ended up dropping the trailer off at a different location as well as dropping it off early & 20.00 was deducted from my deposit. There was no damage I left it clean & brought it back early but was penalized 20.00. I’ve been a U-Haul customer for many yrs & have spent thousands of dollars transferring from state to state with my job & you can’t see fit to return my 60.00. I don’t even understand why money was deducted in the first place.

MICHAEL DI have rented a U-Haul three times in the past two weeks. Freedom motors in Dickson. Tennessee was the absolute best experience I’ve ever had. The attendant was super nice, organized, she had the unit clean and warmed up on this cold winter morning. The truck was excellent. I could not have asked for a better experience.
William EI don’t know if it is the owner was excellent. He was given me a call if you was able to get the truck on time thank you very much owner. He does good customer service. If he’s not the owner, I was the owner take care of him.

Vanessa KAlthough excellent service, the car dolly had a bad tire on the driver's side which caused an unusual bounce when empty. This was reported when it was turned in. Hard to tell just by looking.

Shannon JEven though it said on line that the site was open upon arrival a note was posted on the door that they were off on Black Friday. No signs on what to do to drop off equipment when no one was there. I tried to use the app to complete my drop off but it was not working. Had to wait on the phone to no avail and was finally helped using the chat feature. Very poor drop off experience.

Mark JWebsite and business said open Monday - Sunday. No signage stated being closed for the holiday. Be sure to call one or two days before pickup to confirm business will be open. Wouldn't reserve online due to not posting correct hours of business.

Douglas SThe C.S. was great. My representative tried very hard to get me out in a timely manner. The equipment didn't have a license. Plate so upon attempting to change out he ran into a glitch. Was accommodating and he changed equipment and put it on my truck. Unfortunately maybe in haste the trailer came off the hitch while driving with cargo in it. Damaged equipment and truck. It could have been so much worse. Some damage but no injuries to us or anyone else on the highway. It was a genuine mistake from working so hard to accommodate me. I would recommend even though the outcome was not good. It wasn't from lack of effort.
PAUL GAshley was great to work with. She took the time to help us out of a major jam moving our college student home on graduation weekend when there wasn't a uhaul within 30 miles of the school. And she saved us money. I would recommend Ashley to anyone needing a uhaul.

April SI had to talk to the location multiple times to get them to check in the trailer with uhaul. They then called me back to see if I was going to return the trailer on the day is was due. I told her that she had the trailer on her lot since two days prior. I was told the day before I would be receiving an email for confirmation they had received the trailer. They never checked it in. Frustrating. She told me they were busy the day before selling cars.
