Service and vehicle were excellent. “No guarantee” of a one-way vehicle being available on the date booked or at the desired pick-up location…this policy SUCKS! The stress you caused me SUCKED! How can you run a business like this?

James MWe were there at 8:15 am to pick up the truck and no one was there! Sign on the door said they open at 8 am. No one showed up until 8:45 am!!! Also, we ordered a dolly which wasn't in the truck. Thanks for adding to the stress of our move!!!
R-Donald VUhaul location web-site should advise whether they are drop-off locations or not. I preferred a drop-off in Campbellford and then got redirected since Campbellford doesn’t accept drop- offs. The Marmora location is good but it was a bit out of my way to drop-off.

PAUL BI have two complaints, although I was overall happy with the service. First, the price quoted online was not the same as what I paid. I was not aware of the $8 safe tow. I didn't bother to complain at the time because it didn't seem worth my effort, however, it would have been nice to have the charge clarified when I ordered. Second, the 6 x 12 dual axle trailer had no tongue jack. It was very difficult to get on and off the truck, especially since it was parked in the snow. Regardless, I would use this service and this location again. It's convenient, reasonably priced, and the trailer was easy to tow. Overall, thumbs up!

Kevin FShe helped me report the extra damage , and report the issues with the truck. She helped me with the bill extra fees. Went through the bill and she also was running the store / gas bar as well.

Clive SThe lady I dealt with was lovely but there seems to be zero training for staff on the U-Haul system. She was unfamiliar with the software and it took close to 40 minutes from start to finish. The next day, a different employee tried to charge be 2 days rental because I was 15 minutes late returning the trailer. Given that the Campbellford location sent me to Marmora, 25 minutes away, for lack of equipment that annoyed me. He did change the return time to save me the extra charge, which was appreciated. I know it's a remote location, but get a trainer out there and both staff and customers will be happier.

Brad EStaff was not trained on how to process a u-haul rental. Needed to wait for a manager to show up before the rental could be given to me. Many of the additional items which I requested to come with my rental were not available at the location. Very slow, long, and unprofessional process.
