Cynthia BActively disclose and clarify separate charges for every single step of service. Clarify that the destination location may not be able to deliver U boxes to the driveway, may not be able to deliver all at one time and allow you the time you expect to unload. We had to pay for delivery from warehouse, and pay separate mover help because we were going to have a 4-hour window to unload 2 then and another 2, then the vendor just left this trailer blocking my drive for 24 hours. I guess they could have told me that. Mover help contracted through U-Haul showed up 1 hour and 40 minutes late after twice confirming time window. One mover was getting high while there. I moved more than one of the movers.
Shawn MHours of operation are too limited. This location closes daily at 12 noon, and is closed Sat-Sun.
Don LWe have made several reservations for U-Haul products and services. They have exceeded our expectations. Couldn’t and wouldn’t go anywhere else. If you havent tried them you need to. You want be disappointed unless you think you are self entitled and deserve more. 2 thumbs from us. Keep up the great work. See you soon.
John V15 ft truck that was reserved was not available so we had to take a 10ft. The smaller truck did not have a ramp which made things very difficult. We should have been notified that it didn't have a ramp or at least been able to request one. Otherwise everything was great.

Ken HI would recomend the location but not using the self pick up!!! It was alot of work to just rent a uhaul, picking up and returning! having to take pictures and all the questions they ask once you get there before you can even get your key out of the lock box!!! WILL NOT DO THIS AGAIN
TAMMY ZI had trouble returning the uhaul. It really became frustrating and took too long. The wait time for calls and texts were too long.

Kenneth PWhen I place the order I was looking for just a standard van. But when I got there it was an oversized cargo van. Unfortunately I just had to make 120 mi round trip and it cost me $50 in gas. I'm not happy about having to pay that much extra when I didn't need that size of a vehicle. I don't understand why I was required to take this one. I'd appreciate a refund of some of the fees.

tracy tTheir hours are slim, but that's up to them I guess. It would be nice to get a notification if ordering a pick up after hours. Picking up the uhaul was a MESS! I was LITERALLY at the location and the people on the phone wouldn't give me the code because they said my phone said I was somewhere else. I sent a picture to the person I was chatting with to show them I was at the right location and they still wouldn't give me the code. I finally got to someone that understood the situation and got me the code.... 30 mins later.
Trevor PI attempted to drop off the truck which by the way was clean with the same amount of gas as when i picked it up. The sugn on the doot stated office hours 9 to 12 noon,Monday thru Sunday! Therecwas a truck driver therecalso to deliver uhaul small trailors and he couldnt deliver. I called the two #s on the door which got no where. Then this location had the audacity to charge me an extra 105. For what?! I have disputed this with my bank. I turned all of equipment in a day early on top of that!! I do expect a call back! Also, the truck was clean just as I found it. Inwill expect a refund of the 105. and a call! Carol Worley.
Carolle WThe Uhaul locations in Sedalia MO are ALWAYS closed. They should not be Uhaul Dealers!! Why can’t they hire staff to keep it open on Saturday and when they are on vacation????? It’s a waste of time and money. I will rent from Ryder Trucks next time!! I will NOT recommend to friends and family!!
Charlotte ROnly complaint was that the blankets I put on my order were no where to be found on move day. Had to go without them, which is very difficult.

Linda WI had problems with the self serve app regarding uploading the required photos and dropping previously answered data. This happened on both the pickup and return. It was a most frustrating experience.
Charles BFor some reason, I had done the check in for the rental the day before but none of the photos of my driver's license were in their system. It took longer than necessary to get checked in.

Michael CSo many bells and whistles on a new pickup! It cried for a bit of air in a tire , No problem! And it wanted a new Air filter soon.. And the backup cam screen was real bright at night.. I can adjust to these things.. Haha Will do it again for sure.. Am I a Uhaul Ambassador for recommending it to Everyone?
