The app was slow and added 2+ hours due to added features like verification. (I had to call helpdesk to have them tell me that they wanted to verify me by calling 3 others (though not listed in app). Also the picture uploads take several minutes per each picture but has no indication if app stalled and or crash during long upload time. App was extremely frustrating due also to selecting menus like checkout that immediately went to AZ, (I was in Georgia and 'yes' I allowed app to use GPS) and went to check in and it went back to the info on 'how' to check it in, not just to check it in menu.
