Ruben DThe guy who helped us at The Pipe King told me that if we did not use the entire 493 miles that I was billed for that I would receive a refund for the difference. We ended up using 427 miles. However, the woman at the UHaul place where we turned in the truck told me that that guy was wrong and that I would not be receiving a refund. That I was billed for 493 miles and just because I didn't use all of them I wasn't entitled to a refund. That was very disappointing. Being given incorrect information is just wrong. I feel sorry for all the other people that are being given incorrect information.
Charlene KFirst time renting a u-haul and it was at a smoke shop. The process was easy and the customer service I received was pretty good overall. The truck itself looked small for a 10'er and there were things inside like a coffee cup and a cardboard cover of some sort left in the cabin- probably from the previous renters but nothing we couldn't work with. Oh these are gas gusslers. I drove it 54 miles and needed to put $30 of gas just to get it back to how I got it. All that said, I would rent a truck from here again if I needed to.

Luis BI didn’t like it being in a smoke shop. I would not recommend for 2 reasons. First would be because of what u-haul store is in smoke/pot shop. 2nd because my rate was doubled. The young man who was helping us was not sure why it was so high. When a gentleman who was there before me who had just ordered before me got a way cheaper price. When I ordered it on website. Price was tripled in price. Manger said it was supply and demand. That’s why price was higher. In that case since, we order our already online we should have received at regular price. So many things just aren’t right. Will not be renting from u-haul again. Sending information to best business burial.
