The price versus other uhaul places said it was over charged, not only that the brakes where terrible, no cruise control, the truck had an alignment to the left, I've say by far this was the worst experience as a first time uhaul rental, that 340 dollars I hope they lose it. Still go charged for the Matt's that I've never used or open so someone pocketing money it seems. My brother in law payed 80 plus dollars for a 25 ft uhaul 2 days I pay 340 dollars for a 15 ft 2 days. Like what? The online price say differently so my opinion is false advertisement to draw people in to sucker their hard earn money. I hope justice comes and bites them one day.

Truck wasn't shifting gears properly
Angela CPickup went fine. I hauled 4 pieces of furniture in the uhaul truck I rented. No food, or drink was in the truck and no loose items. Once returning the vehicle, I was charged a cleaning fee due to dirty floor boards and sticky residue in the cab from a previous renter. I am appalled I had to shovel out more money for a cleaning fee than the price of the rental itself when it was nothing I caused. What should've been a $66 charge in whole, ended up being almost $100 charge. I was told to call corporate because the location I rented from couldn't do anything for me about this situation.

Ismael OI think it would be more helpful if the key boxes were nearer to the truck with a little more lighting at night. We picked up after hours and were a bit nervous and unsure. The checkin process online navigated us to the correct area for the boxes, though, and there was a light over them; it just would have been better if we could see them from the truck area
Kevin DGas tank on empty first thing. Can dirty. Windows so dirty could barely see out at night. And when I returned it and tried to say it wasn’t clean enough for the next person, y’all tried to charge ME! Probably last time I’ll use Uhaul again.
Jennifer TThis location was personable and beyond helpful. My experience with U-Haul in general, however, leaves something to be desired. They ask all about the vehicle and the hitch, but don't bother to inquire or inform about the ball size or light connections, both of which were issues for me hauling with a truck actually designed to haul. There also seems to be poor to non-existent communication between U-Haul the company and the location contracted with them to provide services, which is extremely frustrating for me, the customer.
Shannon AThere were "zero" people at either pick up or drop off. No signs for instruction, no personnel were present, drop off location was locked and inaccessible. And I was charged a fuel cost when the fuel level at drop off was greater than pick up. "Fuel level at pick up was 25%, where the fuel level at drop off was 33%. And yet I was charged $40 after doing all there jobs as well as my own. I see them as lazy opportunistic thieves.

Cory AThe location was very difficult to find the keys for mobile app pick up. The cab and cargo area were clean but the cab smelled heavily of smoke. The truck allowed us to move what we needed but I would try and different location next time.
Kyle GI booked my Uhaul to pick up with the mobile app at 9 am. When I went to pick it up, it was then that I was told by customer service that I could not pick up until 12 pm and that location did not do pick up through the mobile app. This was very frustrating, as I had people be available to help me move items into the Uhaul. This should be addressed.
Corinna GWe had to drive in the alley behind the building to get the location close enough to register that we were there. They charged me twice for a rental fee when in fact I was supposed to get a 50$ refund for being transferred there because the uhaul I requested two weeks in advance was not ready in Evansville at 1200 e riverside.
