Ronald EI have a 2006 Honda ridgeline and was told by the attendant he wasn’t able to rent a car hauler to me because my bumper pull rate was only 5000 lbs. when I called into the reservation line they were confused, why I was told that. I had went in twice to show the guy the bumper. I think it’s personal. I do not want him to know I’m writing this review because we are business owners in the same town. I’m a woman and I think that’s why he would not allow me to use it. I’m a farmer with cattle, I’ve pulled many, a trailer. Forsyth mo was the location I visited, both times

Samuel ANo complaints in the dropoff location. Very friendly and took the time to inspect the vehicle prior to us leaving so my husband could discuss the condition of the vehicle when he received it. We returned it in much better condition.

John SI had , at first, requested a 20' truck. There were no 20' available. So, we had to do move with a 26' ft truck. I thought it would be wat too small, but it wasn't! We couldn't even get all my stuff in there. We made it work. Thank you ya'll.
