I got charged for a dolly and there wasn’t a dolly in the truck. It’s only $7 but like you knew I needed one and either didn’t put it in the truck. Or didn’t have one and still charged me for it anyway. So you can do better in that aspect.

The key lock wouldn’t open . We wasted 45 minutes trying to open the lock. Luckily there was a man coming out of the car building to help but it took him an additional 25 minutes to open the lock as well. Having an actual person to call or at the location would help .
