Not a thing. The facility and trucks were clean and the office was nice. Service was excellent. Best and easiest experience I have had in over 20 years.
I came close to quitting time and it did not seem as if my business was appreciated (perhaps the time should changed to 11:30 instead of noon so that your patrons don't feel like they are inconveniencing you by spending their hard earned money at your establishment). In addition to this, the person told me all I had to do was give him the keys and everything else is fine...then he did not actually check the truck in so that I could receive a final bill. I will say thank you to the older sounding man who got everything straight after I had to call to inquire about the final bill. He fixed the problem and charged me the correct price (which will now free up $30 because I did not go half the miles estimated). Thank you man on the phone.
This facility is terrible! Their hours are 9:00 - 3:00. They NEVER answer their phone. On the day I went to return the truck the facility was closed at 11:00 a.m.
I've rented moving trucks here multiple times and will keep going back. You can consistently rely on a clean vehicles in great condition, quick pick up and drop off, very affordable cost, and super friendly service! Excellent in every Way! -A very happy loyal customer
The staff at this location was extremely helpful and made the rental process very easy.

I pre-booked and the rental process went very smoothly.
Location closes at noon on the weekends which is a little inconvenient. That being said, the drop box process worked just fine.
Make sure the trucks are safe to drive
There was soda spills in cab of truck. Lots of leaves on floor of cab. Back of storage Van was not swept out. I did not receive the moving van completely full of gas even thou they said it was. I topped off the fuel probably 3 Gals. to much, it went over the full line. Be careful when filling the fuel back up, if its close to the F on full do not go over it , U-Haul will not reimburse you for it. Piss Poor Customer Service in that regards.
The gentleman we dealt with wasn't very pleasant. It felt like we were more of a bother to him than a customer.
train the personnel better and give the phone access to corporate phone with a human on the other end to clear up screw ups
Attendant did not check lights or tires and did not connect chains properly.
We traveled on a Sunday and had to stop several to add air to the right rear tire.
I ordered moving pads online for us to use only to find out they never have extra available so we did not have those to use while we were planning on them being available. Noted the same as well for other moving equipment or supplies. If they are not going to have it available at a rental site it should NOT be available to order online so as a consumer you can plan ahead. The customer service experience was certainly not a pleasant one. It felt like the manager really did not want to be doing this job. The truck check engine light was on the entire time, thank goodness we did not have to cover a great distance because I feel sure this truck would not have made it! It was a very junky and poorly maintained, you felt like it could break down at any time! I requested an itemized receipt of our bill when we returned the truck since we had ordered moving pads but did not receive them, but the manager, did not have time to provide one because he was headed to lunch. He said, he would email me the receipt which he did but it was not itemized. I feel u haul overall has really declined in the quality of products they offer consumers, and we have rented many trucks and moving items over the years but next time, we will look at other vendors that offer moving trucks and equipment as well as a good customer service experience.
Rude employees is all i have to absolutely rude....and iv worked in the customer service world and im very patient with anyone in this field but never shall i ever choose the Arrowhead location in North Kansas city for my moving.

First experience with uhaul and I would never go here again.
I think that there is a glitche in your check-in option since I was double charged based on when the contractor hit confirm. The issue has been resolved however, it causes some issues since it was charged then had to be credited then re charged with the appropriate amount.

There is no one there during business hours.
I made the appointment for 8:15 in the morning at the uhaul location of AA storage. I then got a confirmation for the Arrowhead storage location because AA was out of the truck I had reserved but still for 8:15 am. I called and was hung up on when asking why my reservation changed locations because now I had to pay more in mileage. When I went to pick the truck up the facility was not even open yet and I had to wait until 9 am. The person there was rude and inconsiderate to how much I had been inconvenienced. The place was not well kept and was dirty.
The owner was a little unprofessional.
They weren't open when we returned it.

excellent experience no changes needed
after driving only 20 miles the oil light came on, the oil did not register on the dip stick and we had to stop and add 4 quarts of oil.
Was charged a $25 "cleaning fee" and when I called to question charge the guy said "yeah, there was a Cheeto on the floor board". I did not eat anything in the cab of the truck, "Cheeto" must of already been there. Picked up truck with gas tank at 5/8 and dropped off with 1/2 tank; I was charged a $30 gas fee for a 1/10 tank of gas. That's $15 a gallon! I have rented over 10 U-Haul trucks in my life and I have never been charged any type of fee. Not only would I not recommend this place, I plan on going out of my way to tell people to never do business with this company. Out of principle I may never use U-Haul again
The guy was rude he didn't say hello. And we i returned the truck and ask for my cash deposit back.....he blurted out a cuss word and all the customers behind me stared. He was unprofessional. And i had to ask for my 100.00 back 3 times. I will NEVER use this location again.
The location was closed on Sunday when we were to drop off the truck. It was also hard to find. Location address on paperwork & website did not match the actual location. We met another customer wandering around looking to drop off his truck as well. He said he was driving around for 20 minutes trying to find the place.
I used the truck for less than 24 hours, left key in the drop box. They charged me 2 times, 1 time for 2 days, and 1 time for 4 days. I called UHAUL to try and get it fixed and they said they want me to call back so they could conference me in while they talk to the location to make sure I was telling the truth. The location I dropped it off at didn't have anything but a metal drop box, and the staff was gone by 1645 on Saturday at the location. There were about 4 other people up there when I dropped off the truck and truck keys all of us trying to drop off our UHAUL truck where left with no instructions on what to do if they wheren't there, and there where no instructions posted on the door. Please fix what you have charged me as I did not rent a truck for over 24 hours, and I sure didn't rent one for 4 days.
Owner and employees were great! I have rented from Uhaul a number of times all over the country, and this was one of my better experiences. Will always consider this location first when needing a truck.
I didn't even travel 5 miles in the timeframe that I had the vehicle, and they charged me for 59 miles! I read the reviews on this location, and they were all extremely negative! Unfortunately, I could see this location from the front door of the property I was moving from, and was only moving 1 mile away, so this was the only location I would be willing to use. I am still waiting on this to be resolved!!! There is no way, that could travel my 1 mile distance 59 times!! This location needs to be absolved of their Uhaul contract, because they are seriously tarnishing the reputation of Uhaul!!!
First truck that we were given had absolutely no breaks. Pedal went to the floor. We ended up getting another truck. This truck was a lot better but fuel was not topped off so we eye balled Putting gas back in it and still got charged 16+ dollars to fill up fuel. How do I know that charge was honest? I put fuel back in that truck. I put in 4 gallons and drove 33 miles I believe it was. Just shady. Guy also grilled me abou. Being late picking up the truck. I reserved that truck for 10 hours so who gives a eff. Just kinda shady. I won't return to this location.
We had to pick up and return to a location that was not the closest to our home but the service was speedy and the equipment clean..great experience
i was charged $25 for the so called cleaning even though i returned clean.

Have all parts appropriate to the ordered equipment, and all extras ordered available and ready for use at outlet where order is confirmed. Call customer ahead of pickup if any parts or ordered extras are not available, so that the order cam be moved to an outlet that had what is needed before the customer pays for it.
This was the worst. We looked up the hours for Sunday to drop off the truck and it said open from 9-12. We got there at 11, no one was there, lights off, and door locked. There was even a sign that said they were open 9-12. I guess no one wanted to work that day.
This location was not open at 1:30 pm on the Saturday of our move. I could not be sure i dropped in the right location. The street # on building did not match the street # in contract.
I did not rent this trailer. For the third time in a row, they moved my reservation from the store that is 10 minutes away to one that is more than an hour away. If y ou are forced to rent from U-Haul, as I am, I would not use their website, but call the rental place directly. They can rent the equipment and you can depend on it being there.
The website and their service sucks.
The blankets were wet, some soaked. The truck was not even closerto clean. They didn't have the dolly I reserved. Go somewhere else!
Pickup location and staffer was great...but distance I had to travel to get it was inconvenient. Also was told pickup day didn't count against 2 day allowed...which was not true.
Need additional personnel to assist with checking in...
Got right in and quickly checked in. Truck was ready to go and was very clean inside. Staff was very friendly and explained everything in detail.
I was a little unsure of when to bring it back but overall it was great!

Simply encourage all dealers to work as Neil does. This service outstanding, and I plan to come here first for future needs.

Get someone else to manage and allow customers to select and keep their pickup and drop off locations. On one way moves convenience is extremely important. U haul lies to get business then does whatever they want for their convenience and not the customer. U haul had me drive 8.5 miles out of my way to drop off the truck in a city different than the city I moved to. I drove by my selected pick up location to drop off the truck where they wanted it. They lied and told me it was 3 miles. I could go on and on about how bad my experience with u haul. Bottom line - if you want good customer service and a company that does not lie to you, go somewhere else. On two previous moves I used the guys with the yellow trucks and the customer service was excellent! Next time I'll use the yellow trucks as they stand behind what they say.
Owner apparently arrives late most days-talking to other customers. Opening was posted for 9am, he arrived at 9:10. Then he couldn't get into the rental system on his computer which put the 3 of us that we're waiting well behind our schedules.
Call center employees need training on what is available at each of the various facilities. I was told I could buy trailer hitch items at the U-Haul site where I was to pick up the cargo trailer. Turned out the site I was using was a bare bones facility that did not have any of these items. I used my own 1 7/8 trailer ball which worked OK, but what if I didn't already have that? Underinformed employees at call centers have been a problem for me with other businesses causing inconvenience to me as well as the business. If a company wants its public interface to be with an off-site call center instead of the facility that actually provides the service, call center employees should be apprised of what's available at each site.
Did not need a storage unit, therefore, we did not use it after all. Thank you.
Neil was very nice and responds to emails quickly/professionally. He even let us move in after he had already closed for the day. The u-haul website however did NOT have the correct prices.
Didnt end up renting from Arrowhead. After loading into our truck we realized we would need a bigger unit. Arrowhead didnT have anything available. They were very nice and recommended other locations.
Although they didn`t have the size of unit I requested I was provided with a larger unit and given the price of the quote.
Newer, secure, clean facility. Seems to best best value in the general area.
facility is modern , easy to navigate,entering and exiting easy , seems very secure. staff was friendly and easy to work with.
I had one reservation but when I was reserving in the process of using IE it reserved twice. However upon check-in Stg knew this so must repeat very happy with the service.
Convenient location, very friendly polite personnel. Ease of access. Very happy with the process, would definitely recommend to anyone needing to store something.
